Since May 2025, I have already had my third pair. In the first shoes after three months, the sole peeled off. The complaint was accepted and in September I bought a second pair. In this pair, in June 2026, the upper at the sole broke - the leather at the junction with the sole was torn. I bought another one and in the meantime I advertised the second one. Unfortunately, R-gol did not accept the complaint, because they stated (based on photos, including a photo of the foot on the insole) that I bought shoes that were too small and that's why they broke down. All my life at Nike, I saved the same number, in football boots. Therefore, this is the last purchase. I don't recommend it, because they break down quickly and the company doesn't want to accept complaints.

Od maja 2025 mam już trzecią parę. W pierwszych butach po trzech miesiącach odkleiła się podeszwa. Reklamacja została uwzględniona i we wrześniu kupiłem drugą parę. W tej parze, w czerwcu 2026 pękła cholewka przy podeszwie - rozerwała się skóra na łączeniu z podeszwą. Kupiłem kolejne i w międzyczasie reklamowałem drugie. Niestety R-gol nie uznał reklamacji, gdyż stwierdzili (na podstawie zdjęć, min. zdjęcie stopy na wkładce), że kupiłem za małe buty i dlatego się rozwaliły. Całe życie w Nike uratowałem tego samego numeru, w butach piłkarskich. Wobec tego to ostatni zakup. Nie polecam, bo się szybko psują, a firma nie chce przyjmować reklamacji.

Since then, no progress has been made in the case, no information has been provided, and not a single forint has been returned. According to my information, the refund period is 14 days! Ha már megkérdezik szívesen leírom! SENKINEK SEM AJÁNLOM!!!!!! Időben, rendben megérkezett a megrendelt cipőm, viszont méretprobléma volt vele, kicsi lett, cserelehetőség nincs. A leírtak szerint, 2025.07.30-án postán vissza is jutattam. Azóta az ügyben semmi előrelépés nem történt, semmi információval nem jelentkeztek, egy forintot nem utaltak vissza. Információm szerin 14 napos a visszatérítési idő! Úgy érzem, csak addig fontos a vásárló, ameddig kifizeti az árút, ha valami problémába ütközik, már nem is olyan fontos.
