Haven’t felt any drastic difference in my wellness since taking these, especially since I take other supplements as well. Theoretically, the ingredients are very nice but be mindful of the fact it does contain sugar. The taste is pleasant, similar to Fanta. One tab makes a pretty concentrated drink even in a bigger glass. Overall, I’m happy with these electrolytes.
