This one is amazing! 3 tablets per serving. Easy to swallow gelatine. Enjoying it so far. I Tried another product in powder, it's a quite bitter form & you should get used to. This one in capsule, a great option 🔥 It would be great if there was a product of different bioavailable forms of magnesium in one capsule. It would be definitely a GEM 💎. 👍️
