Skład ok, działanie tez jest ok. Kształt tych tabletek to porażka, mało kto łyknie bez problemu. Ja rozpoczyszam w wodzie, szybko się rozpadają i taka formę polecam. OstroVit zmieńcie ten paskudną formę do połykania.
