Hi How does the ph of a soft drink with a 3.0 ph change when adding be keto's Keto Electrolytes Powder – Unflavoured ? I am asking because i want to use a soft drink as a drink during exercise . thank you
After adding BeKeto Keto Electrolytes (Unflavoured) to a beverage with a pH of 3.0, the pH level may rise slightly (meaning the drink will become a bit less acidic). This is due to the presence of electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium, which possess buffering properties. In practice, however, this change will not be significant - the beverage will still remain acidic. If you plan to consume such a drink during exercise, it is perfectly fine to do so.
