We've been purchasing these electrolytes for a while now and keep on doing so as they work. Both myself and my husband take them. they help us as we're Keto/carnivore so we make sure we have the right amount of minerals. These also help with tiredness especially myself when it's 'time of the month'. ordering is easy and delivery is quick. We took them on holiday with us in May and put a couple of capsule powders in our water bottles to make sure we stayed hydrated.

Could do with a little more info on how to use it. Just saying half a scoop isn't enough! We need to what wha kind of fluid to mix it with and how much. I googled it and apparently water is best. After a bit of trial and error I got the mix thatsuits me. It's really nice
