Great item cheers

I highly recommend it because it's an excellent service.

I wanted to purchase two black/carbon faraday car key boxes but could only add one to my shopping basket. I completed checkout and the item now appears 'out of stock' so I clearly purchased the last one. I would still like to purchase a second box and have tried multiple times to contact Koruma by telephone, email and their web contact form, to enquire if/when they expect more stock to become available. Unfortunately even after several weeks, Koruma have not responded. I have registered for stock notification via email but am not hopeful of receiving an update. This isn't poor customer service, its worse. There is no customer service.

Order made on bank holiday Monday, confirmed and payment taken at time of purchase all automatically. Expected delivery Wednesday by Royal Mail 24. Emailed Thursday to chase for tracking information, no reply. Chased again Friday was given none existent tracking number and assurances it had been dispatched Tuesday. Asked for proof of posting by reply, and simply they refunded me, so clearly something went wrong with the transaction that they knew would mean it wouldn’t be fulfilled and that being a PayPal order would get a refund through dispute resolution. Felt like a total lack of transparency over the real situation. Shame really as I wanted the product but simply won’t use Koruma again, despite not being out of pocket.

The shipment was a few days late but this was not the fault of Koruma. I received a personal apology and even a little gift as compensation. Exemplary service! The product comes in a really nice box, perfect for a gift. Quality and optics of the product are top.

Everything is fine, the delivery was very quick. The package was neatly packed. The product came in perfect condition. Very good cooperation, friendly service. I highly recommend this store. Professional service, professional assistance in the selection of goods, fast delivery. I recommend it.

Rather slow delivery for a first class postage. despatch notice was on a Friday and delivery occurred the following Thursday. But that may just be Royal mails service to rural areas. Customer service was good with plenty of email updates along the way and the products were spot on. Well packaged and protected for delivery and performed as expected when put into use. Very happy on that score.
