I have shopped online a few times now. I have always been delighted with my purchases, usually Dolcezza as I love the designs and I seem to know their sizing for me. Online shopping can be tricky with sizing and Charles Vermont give good descriptions on their website. Clothing arrives beautifully packed, no ironing required! Next day delivery by post that you need to sign for. You can return items although I have yet to do this. How I wish there was a Charles Vermont store in the South East!!!!❤️❤️

Easy to navigate the website, useful filters. Descriptions and photographs are helpful and accurate. The delivery is always prompt and the items are really well packaged. Instructions for return are clear and labels included, though I’ve never needed to return anything.
