pitbull.eu - client reviews

I am very happy with the quality of Pitbull products, but unfortunately, my experience with customer support was disappointing. I have been wearing Pitbull clothing for about two years now and have always been satisfied with your brand. This was the first time I ordered directly through your official online store because before that I had always ordered via the Vandal Shop. Unfortunately, you sent me the wrong T-shirt. I ordered a Midway T-shirt (jiu jitsu) and I got a plain black one instead... At your request, I sent photos of the T-shirt I received, but after that you also asked for the product label. Since I had already thrown away the packaging, I had to go outside after a long day of work and search the trash to find the label and provide you with additional proof. I find the whole process unnecessarily complicated for such a simple mistake. Although customer support eventually apologized and informed me that they would forward my case to the appropriate department, resolving this issue required much more time and effort than I expected. I want to emphasize that I like your products and that their quality is excellent. However, I believe that customer support should provide the same level of quality as the products themselves. I hope you improve the way you handle situations like this so that future customers have a better experience...

Their delivery is on time. Congratulations.

They definitely deserve recognition. A diverse assortment that responds to the needs of active people. Fast and efficient – this is how it should always be. I recommend it with conviction – everything is a medal!

Super fast shipping, it's a pity that in the past there were always little things < stickers etc> with the orders, which is no longer the case today. Quality will show. I wish the team all the best and much success.

Contact with the company is pure pleasure. Everything according to the information on the website. Functionality goes hand in hand with a fashionable look. Reliable company, great products.
