Never received my shirt. No response despite two emails. Never ordering from them again.

This company is a total scam! Do not give them your money because you will NEVER receive your order! I asked to cancel my order as well and they are non-responsive. These online companies need to be regulated!

I have never had such a bad experience purchasing from a site. Ordered almost 20 months ago. Never ships. No response to emails. I ask to cancel. Big surprise it “ships” that day. But no tracking and weeks later, still no order. Huge scam.

Ordered on Nov 26 No shipping notification as of December 18 This is three Xmas gifts that won’t be arriving on time and no reply from customer service.

I ordered 2 hoodies and emailed before they shipped to see if I could change the sizes. No answer. They then sent me an email that I hoodie was backordered and did I want to wait for it. I emailed back quickly that I would wait and asked about changing the sizes again. I also asked if the hoodie in stock would ship by itself, or would they wait and send both together. I specifically asked for an email to confirm the answers to my questions. No answer. I eventually got an email saying the hoodies shipped. When they got to me, one was the size I asked for and the other wasn't. Now they won't respond to any of my emails or attempts to send them a message on Facebook about exchanging the hoodie and where to send it. Apparently, customer service is not a thing for them. I will never buy from them again.

Worst shopping experience ordered a t shirt in Feb 2024 and I have still have NOT received it and we are end of April. Dint waste your time buying anything on this site. Scam

After waiting over 2 1/2 weeks for an item to arrive, I advised house of March to cancel my order as it was a gift that I needed for an upcoming party and it wouldn’t arrive in time. Curiously , several hours later, I received an email advising my order had just been shipped and HOM had sent a previous email notifying me of a delay, which was untrue. . This is my first and last experience with House of merch.

The delivery times provided on the website are true. I recommend it. I was served really well and accurately. The package arrived intact and in great condition. The products meet all the features described on the website.

Immediate responses to e-mails that met my expectations. Really well-packaged parcel. It's amazing how fast the delivery was.

Great staff and service. Extremely well contact with the store staff who are brilliant on their own. I highly recommend them. Wow, I'm impressed with the quality of the customer service. They provide detailed information regarding the delivery. It's much appreciated. I've received an entirely complete and intact package. I like reasonable discounts here and the products are great.

Delivery took awhile but was ultimately happy with everything

You can go ahead and order, the due dates from the website are conscientiously updated. There were a few drawbacks, but it's ok. Well done. I've received the package in perfect condition.

Shipment complete and delivered on time. Shipment secured in conformity to the content. Delivery time, prices, and product quality - all without complaints.

Communication is lacking as I sent several emails and only one was communicated back to while others were ignored. Shipping time is reminiscent of late 90s early 2000s (Slow) tried to cancel order and of course email was ignored and then a day or two later the items shipped.

Took a long time to receive my shirt. Other then that, the shirt was awesome!
