now this one is hard to review, as i've been taking a lot of other things alongside it for a while now, but taking it out of my rotation even for a week seemed to make me a bit more agitated due to the immense amount of stress i was under, so i'd say it can help, just don't expect it to change the world. it's also not as good value as some of ostrovit's other offerings are, as the amount of active ingredients in a single capsule are quite low, you'd need at least 2-3 to genuinely make it do something, but then it becomes really expensive, so if you're okay with only mild effects or don't mind burning a hole in your wallet, this is an okay product. otherwise, i'd skip it, there are many other things out there that can do the same, if not more, for less.
