Me encanta este suplemento de Chlorella. Las pastillas son muy pequeñas y fáciles de tragar y, aunque tienen un olor raro, realmente no se pueden usar una descarga eléctrica. Deja un residuo verde brillante en los dedos después de tocar las pastillas, así que asegúrate de lavarte las manos antes de tocar cualquier ropa. Es difícil decir si hay diferencia en mi bienestar, ya que tomo otros suplementos, pero desde luego no me siento peor. Mi único consejo es que empieces tomando solo una pastilla al día y vayas aumentando gradualmente hasta la dosis recomendada en el envase mientras monitorizas la respuesta de tu cuerpo. Además, ten en cuenta que la Chlorella puede afectar la absorción de otros suplementos que tomas, así que intenta tomarla separada de cualquier otra cosa si es posible.
Love this Chlorella supplement. Tablets are very small and easy to swallow and even though there is a weird smell to it, you can’t really tase it. Leaves a bright green residue on your fingers after touching the tablets, so make sure to wash your hands before touching any clothes. It’s difficult to say if there’s a difference in my wellbeing, since I take other supplements but I sure don’t feel worse. My only advice is to start by taking only one pill a day and work up to the dose suggested on the packaging gradually while monitoring your body’s response. Also, be mindful that Chlorella can mess with absorption of other supplements you take, so try taking it separate from anything else if possible.
