The ring arrived without a single zirconia, and on the website it is not possible to order (exchange) the same ring in size 12, and the facilities in Lublin are not able to order it from other outlets in Poland, despite the availability of several copies and the fact that I was mentioned on the central hotline that there would be such a possibility.
Pierścionek dotarł bez jednego cyrkonia zaś na stronie internetowej nie da się zamówić (zamienić) tego samego pierścionka w rozmiarze 12 a placówki w Lublinie nie są w stanie go zamówić z innych placówek w Polsce mimo dostępności kilku egzemplarzy oraz tego, że na centralnej infolinii wspomniano mi, że byłaby taka możliwość.
