The jewelry itself is fine – aesthetic, consistent with the description. Unfortunately, the way the order was packed is a huge disappointment. The jewelry came in a very poor, unaesthetic bag. The lack of automatic box-and-purse packaging as standard is a big disadvantage, especially if the jewelry is to be a gift.
In addition, I tried to buy packaging in a stationary store, showing the product and receipt, but we were informed that it was not possible to buy or replace the packaging.
Biżuteria sama w sobie jest w porządku – estetyczna, zgodna z opisem. Niestety ogromnym rozczarowaniem jest sposób pakowania zamówienia. Biżuteria przyszła w bardzo lichym, mało estetycznym woreczku. Brak automatycznego pakowania w pudełko i torebkę jako standard jest dużym minusem, szczególnie jeśli biżuteria ma być prezentem.
Dodatkowo próbowałam zakupić opakowanie w sklepie stacjonarnym, okazując produkt i paragon, jednak poinformowano nas, że nie ma możliwości dokupienia ani wymiany opakowania.
