Unfortunately, the product arrived deformed and crumpled, with a strong imprint of something the back wall. The sides of the bag are kinked and the front wall wrinkles. The product was not damaged during transport, but it was poorly stored, without filling and probably squeezed between other things. It's a pity, because the bag would be very nice if it weren't for these damages. The customer service responds to the reported problem that this is a natural behavior of the skin. And I agree with that, this is how a leather handbag behaves naturally when you sit on it or crush it with a pile of other bags. It's a shame that the manufacturer doesn't care what and in what condition he sends his products and still tells you that everything is fine with the article. I'm very disappointed with the customer's frivolous treatment.
Niestety, produkt dotarł zdeformowany i wygnieciony, z mocnym odciskiem czegoś twardego na tylnej ściance. Boki torebki są załamane, a przednia ścianka marszczy się. Produkt nie uległ zniszczeniu w czasie transportu, ale był zle przechowywany, bez wypełnienia i zapewne wciśnięty między inne rzeczy. Szkoda, bo torebka byłaby bardzo ładna gdyby nie te uszkodzenia. Serwis klienta, na zgłoszony problem odpowiada, że to jest naturalne zachowanie skóry. I ja się z tym zgadzam, tak naturalnie zachowuje się skórzana torebka kiedy się na niej usiądzie, albo przygniecie stosem innych torebek.To wstyd, że producent nie dba o to co i w jakim stanie wysyła swoje produkty i jeszcze wmawia, że z artykułem jest wszystko w porządku. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona niepoważnym potraktowaniem klienta.
