The first time I was informed that there were no products of this size in stock and there was no possibility of measuring the insole, to which I sent a return letter, since all sizes of this model were available on the site, and I still received an answer, but the information was not reliable, in this model at size 48 - the insole has 31cm, and not 30cm (this answer was from the warehouse). I ask you to deal with this issue and with the person who provides unreliable information from the warehouse. However, when ordering size 48, I just expected to receive a product with a 31cm insole, because I saw the brand's size chart on the American website, but I wanted to make sure when sending you a letter. Сам товар прекрасний, нарікань немає ніяких, був добре упакований та швидко відправлений. Але мені не сподобалось спілкування зі складом, я відправляв запит для уточнення розмірної сітки. Перший раз мені повідомили, що товарів такого розміру на складі немає і відсутня можливість заміру устілки, на що я відправив зворотній лист, оскільки на сайті були доступні всі розміри даної моделі, і мені таки прийшла відповідь, проте інформація не була достовірна, в цій моделі при розмірі 48 - устілка має 31см, і ніяк не 30см (така відповідь була зі складу). Прошу розібратись з цим питанням і з людиною, яка надає не достовірну інформацію зі складу. Проте замовляючи 48 розмір я якраз і очікував получити товар з устілкою 31см, оскільки побачив на американському сайті розмірну сітку бренду, але хотів кінцево впевнитись відправляючи Вам лист.
