OstroVit Micellar Casein 700 g

I had the vanilla flavor and it could dissolve very good in water but this taste does not solve as good as the vanilla flavor. if your next batches change please let me know

Because of the war, I left Poland for a long time, and in general everything is great.

I am satisfied.

Jestem zadowolony.

I wanted to buy protein and by mistake I bought some casein and it's not tasty for me and I feel undissolved tiny lumps like sand

Everything ok.

Wszystki ok.

I'm happy with the purchase not the first time very fast shipping every time.

It's my first time using Casein. I am looking to find better solutions for night time recovery and to lessen my glucose drops over night. I have been experimenting with this and the Leucine product, as well as using a continuous blood glucose monitor. I have been adjusting my leucine amount to reduce the non-glucose insulin response and have found that 30/40grams of Casein and 2 grams of Leucine is my sweet spot to sleep through the night, maintain consistent glucose levels and activate Mtor for muscle building. It has greatly increased my nighttime satiety, my sleep has improved and time will tell whether it will contribute to muscle building. So far it has been the solution I have been looking for. ❤️💪

I recommend it to everyone

Polecam każdemu

Super product. Please keep it permanently in the product range.

It dissolves well, I have a tasteless one because I always drink it with isolate at night anyway. The form goes in the morning, I'm not hungry, so I think it works. The price is good, they ship quickly. I recommend it.

Polecam.

The first protein of this type that I try. I chose the natural flavor. Great product, I feel very good after it. I will definitely buy another package. Recommend.

Polecam.

This is new to me.tests.

Super product

Super produkt

I recommend, very good quality of the product

Polecam, bardzo dobra jakość produktu

I'm worried about only one thing, that's why it contains other additives

Martwimnie tylko jedno , dlatego zawiera inne dodatki

It foams harder than regular protein, but it's fine. 25b per 100g
