This protein supplement suits me very well because it has all the vitamins and minerals, and I didn't provide that in my meals.

The taste is really ok, I drink it with appetite mixed with water alone. Delicate tummies should pay attention to the content of sweeteners, next time I will look for an alternative sweetened with e.g. xylitol.
