The product is good. The delivery by DHL was a disaster. If I were you, I would change the parcel service.
The delivery came on Saturday, we were not at home. Then there was the information that the package was to be picked up in a neighboring neighborhood, from 3:00 p.m. on Monday. At after 4:00 p.m. it was not there. It was not until 5:45 p.m., shortly before closing, that I got the message that the package had been received.
In our neighborhood, close to home, there are plenty of opportunities to deliver the package. Why so far away? Unfortunately, this happens a lot with DHL. Therefore, I ask you to use a more reliable parcel service.
Das Produkt ist gut. Die Anlieferung durch DHL eine Katastrophe. An eurer Stelle würde ich den Paketdienst wechseln.
Die Anlieferung kam am Samstag, wir waren nicht zu Hause. Dann gab es die Info, daß das Packet in einem Nachbarstadtviertel, ab 15:00 Uhr am Montag, abzuhohlen sei. Um nach 16:00 Uhr war es nicht da. Erst um 17:45 Uhr, kurz vor Schließung, bekam ich die Nachricht, daß das Paket eingegangen sei.
In unserem Stadtviertel, Wohnortnah, gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten, das Paket abzuliefern. Warum so weit weg? Leider passiert das bei DHL oft. Daher bitte ich Sie einen zuverlässigeren Paketdienst zu nutzen.
