It's a little disappointing when half of the products are out of stock, and what was supposed to be a relaxing browsing experience turns into a rushed purchase of an aroma that — hopefully, maybe? — is similar to the aroma you wanted to try before it's also sold out. As a side note, customers who buy these kinds of sustainably sourced organic products tend to value their online privacy and may be concerned that corporations like Google may gain access to their (device) data. Perhaps you should reconsider whether you absolutely need whatever additional insights you gain from the half-dozen external analytics services whose scripts are loaded at some point.

Extremely honest and reliable. Last month my shipment got held-up by UPS and the seller stepped up by sending me the order twice. To be honest i kind of feel that i have let the seller down as I have still not paid them for the second shipment and they have not even sent me a reminder.

I absolutely love these products. Honestly the best BUT customer support? I hate to even leave it on here but how am I supposed to get ahold of anyone? I ordered 100 g of super green and got 3 little bags of the green Borneo which I honestly can’t use. It has a weird effect on me. Please help 😞 this was a while ago and I emailed support but have received no answer.
