prolon.co.uk - client reviews

Very fast service. Everything as it was meant to be. Goods well packaged, great appearance for packaging. The order was processed quickly and efficiently, there are many payment options.

Fast delivery and good products. What more to ask for. The package arrived safely. There is no need to worry.

Adequate protection, great. Nothing was missing, fast shipping.

Fast and reliable shipping

What I appreciate most is the reliable description of the products in the store. Professional company, they helped me not only in choosing the equipment but also for the doubts related to its use. The store went live almost immediately, the goods were shipped efficiently. Impeccable packaging, nothing to say. Fantastic. 👍️Perfect condition of the shipment. Everything in perfect condition. You can see that they care about the relationship with their customers, and I like this very much. High quality goods at a good price and on top of that shipped quickly.

It's nice that the company cares about ecology and uses environmentally friendly packages. Well done! Punctual, stress-free, as promised.

👍️ beautiful

Excellent quality of the shipping packaging. The delivery took place according to the information provided.

They are always able to guarantee a high level, shopping here is a pleasure.

Perfect, no problems.

Fast delivery The delivery of orders is always on time. The package is perfectly packaged. They have never disappointed me, always punctual and as described. Congratulations on the reliability. Competent staff and available to provide further information.

Fast shipping, beautiful packaging, care and quality of the products. Apart from one (to my taste) the flavors are also good. If actually 5 or 10 days of sacrifice in a year can help me feel better I will become a regular prolon customer

Very fast shipping.

There was some problem in the sending. I'm doing the diet that corresponds to my expectations about Prof Longo!

Everything went like clockwork. The ordered goods arrived on time.

The shipping service is really unbearable: it is not clear when the package will be delivered (not even approximately); after the purchase they tell you that you can track the package on a shopping app that the last thing it does is track the package: you are overwhelmed by an avalanche of advertisements for products of all kinds, no news of the package, even the day before delivery: in practice spamming, unwanted and counterproductive. Fortunately, the courier instead had a completely different policy. Strong disappointment for these Prolon news...

Day 5 working and product not yet arrived. Better not to commit if you are not able to rely on reliable couriers. It will not depend on Prolon, but shipping is not ancillary as a service.

My order was fulfilled very fast. The product arrived very well protected. The service completely met my needs. I recommend it. I am a regular customer and highly recommend shopping with them. They are reliable and have very competitive prices.

The products are also good for those who do not have stomach problems, they unleashed a lot of acidity for me

Something went wrong... very long delivery time

Most of my expectations were met. A company that I would recommend. Really solid package, I think it's the first time this has happened to me.

Shipping takes a while is not fast The package + arrived half open

I have read and shared the opinion of several people regarding honey snacks in the morning. I too have asked several times for alternatives but never an answer! Send thousands of proportional emails but do not retain customers who want to use the product periodically with fixed offers to reward consistency.

The package was delivered quickly, and moreover by a very kind courier.

I have never been disappointed with the service of this shop, I highly recommend it. The products were packaged correctly. High standard products and service. Package delivery as scheduled, I like it.
