The service is not good. I paid addional amount to get the cake in time but I didn't get it. I got it next morning to the expected date and in damaged condition. The cake was smashed. The owners didn't ensure that the cake reached in time with good quality. Never buy from noguiltbaker otherwise you may feel guilty.

Great keto Victoria sponge cake. It is difficult to find keto sweets that taste well but our cake we ordered from No Guilt Bakes was very tasty and didn't have an artificial flavour. Arrived on time, and it was properly packaged. It is a bit pricey though but most Keto products aren't cheap.

Great low carb treat , I had the hazelnut brownie zapped in microwave for 20 seconds and squirty cream delicious treat does not taste strange like some low carb foods I would definitely order again

I have placed a number of orders over the last 6 months or so. uUnfortunately the date has been worse and worse each time. A week this time for 20 cakes! I have contacted them and had no response. I put them in the fridge as soon as I have received, though I dont think they are adequately packaged to be posted via Royal Mail as due to the tracking if you are not in they are taken back and a redelivery had to be arranged. This is fine but then they are not stored in an adequate temperature. I went ho have one of my last ones today as they the use by was today and it was covered in mould! I have had to throw the rest. Only eaten 6 out of the 20 so totally dissatisfied! And like I say no reply from the company.

Customer service at a high level. Everything on time and without any stress. The package was tightly and solidly packed. I recommend this company with all my heart.

Just tucking into a bake well slice bought from the free from event in London , brick lane . Delicious ! Hard to tell it’s gluten free 👍🏻

The carepack finished in no less than two days and no guilty feelings harboured after eating all those cakes. Looking forward to cracking open the pancake pack next.

I am on Keto diet and you bakery is something !!! I love it, I really do. Fresh, low carb and delicious 😋 . Bread is very soft and mince pies so yummy 😋 , pancakes is super. Fast delivery and lovely friendly staff. I definitely recommend your bakery to my friends. Good luck girls . Love you

Recieved my treats today, fast delivery and added personal touch. can't wait to try it all! Thankyou guys, you are awesome 👌

I love the bread mix, and what a lovely surprise in my delivery today, as well as my order I found an unexpected free bread mix with a note saying FOC as had to be used in a couple of days. Well that’s going to be made tonight and popped in the freezer, thank you No Guilt Bakes x

My son has Type one diabetes and these bakes are a delicious treat for him, no blood glucose spike ❤️ Will be placing another order soon.

I received my peanut butter brownies today and they are absolutely delicious. I am currently following a low carb/sugar diet and these are a perfect treat to satisfy my chocolate cravings. I accompanied mine with some strawberries, raspberries and some clotted cream. The perfect combo I have to say. Customer service was top notch and even received some lovely uplifting quotes in the box with my brownies 😀 thank you no guilt bakes can’t wait to try more..

So tasty i can't quite believe the cake bites have only 2.2 g of net carbs. Wish they weren't packed individually as that does seem a bit of a waste.

Beautiful bread, felt so nice to be able to eat it guilt free. yum!

My first order arrived today! I will definitely be back so good xx

Thank you ladies for the tasty bread!! I haven’t yet tried the pancake/waffle batter so can’t comment but am really looking forward to trying! The bread is very close in texture to real bread and certainly beats any fat head dough or keto bread I’ve made. Makes a lovely toastie 😌 Would be nice to have some ideas in the packet for some different breads I.e sundried tomato or jalapeno and cheese. I do think the price point is quite high for a small loaf of bread but I understand that almond flour isn’t cheap to buy. Overall, very impressed - delivery was extremely fast and great products that make keto easy to stick to! (P.S please make a sourdough pizza mix 👏)

Oh my gosh these little beauties have saved me from a full blown “fall off the wagon” night! Cinnamon swirl cake bake warmed up, with a big dollop of extra thick cream. Utter bliss! #ketofriendly

Amazing bread! I’ve tried lots of low carb bread and this is the absolute best. Tastes like a proper crusty loaf. Wow!

Keto Diet Game Changer!!! Delicious soft bread with a lovely seedy texture .... and only 0.6g net carbs per slice ❤️ 🍞

My first delivery today...I ordered the mixed cakes. They taste sooo good! Little on pricey side but defo nice for a keto treat!! Defo recommend... already given details to 3 people today!! 👌🏼🙌🏽xx

Was really craving a sweet treat on keto diet and I enjoyed the chocolate flavored bites. I froze the lemon poppy seed bite and when I thawed it it tasted quite bitter. Willing to try other flavors though from my chocolate experience

I’ve just received my order, I was a little worried how tasty they would be and I’m over the moon! I have a sweet tooth and they are Perfect to satisfy my cravings while I’m on keto ! Can’t wait to try the pancake mix ! The packaging is great so helpful for keeping a log of the net carbs xx thank you ladies I will definitely be back for more xxx

Just had some of the cakes delivered for Mother’s Day . I know it’s a bit early but delivery was faster than expected & our fridge has broken so my daughter made me open them . Just had a lemon & poppy seed cake and it was delicious. I’ve been Keto for over a year & this is the nicest bake I’ve had 😂hope you don’t mind me posted into the Keto groups I follow 👌🏽

So many people are quick to post negative stuff online in general. Not everyone, but often the way. I thought it might be nice to post something positive. The bread mix - what a game changer. Loved it. Definitely prove it longer than stated (after reading people’s comments) did so for 2 hours. But it’s awesome. So thank you. (Lopsided as just chucked it in the tin. Ok be more precise next time!! 🤣
