Good evening, I am waiting for a package for which tracking is not working. Since 07.10. there is no news of its whereabouts. I tried to send an email to your info@bioshi24.it address and received an error message saying that the address is incorrect. I tried to forward the mail to contatti@bioshi24.it and received the same error message. I basically don't know where my package is, ordered on 27.09. and I don't know how to contact someone.

The delivery was very well organized, it was fast and on time. The shipment was well packaged, the price was affordable, the goods were new and of high value, in accordance with the order placed and the description.

The package arrived after 3 weeks (13 working days from the time of order) and 4 packs of 450g flour were broken. I saved what could be saved, but every time the package arrives in very bad condition. The products are great, maybe you should rely on a better courier!
