Slum lords is exactly right! I mean if you enjoy paying for 1400 a month for a 1980s trailer that the owner didn't even know how to install door knobs properly, because all rooms had the locks on the outside of the doors 🤦‍♀️ besides that, it's a property management company that does not "Really" look after clients properties. They charge fees that usually are paid for things like inspection maintenance etc. , but here is the kickers , instead they charge you then make you do the inspection and send them pictures . They are apparently Christian people , but honestly like the most of the world we see the title "Christian" is usually used to gain profit and to gain some power or authority ! Definitely not what Jesus does. They are definitely not good people you should use to maintain any property you may have , and they are most definitely not good a company to rent from ! My advice is to contact BBB like I did and file a complaint ! Eventually their actions and behavior will catch up to them ! This is an Indian owned and operated business! FYI need I say more? 🤷‍♀️

Slumlords. All the properties are old,outdated, and over priced. Don't take my word, check them out for yourself.

I like using Magnolia management because they have a wide variety of properties. The employees are always nice and respectable. The owner Johnny is an extremely likeable guy and always does whatevers necessary to make sure you're happy.
