Parked there using in and out for Maryland Deathfest and have nothing negative to say at all, from nice staff and safe parking it put my mind at ease while having a good time. Will certainly use this garage for years to come.

Good location for the aquarium

While visiting the Aquarium, we parked at their partner location at 55 Harbor Park. It’s about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the Aquarium. Overall, the parking experience was smooth. As a first-time visitor, you might get a little confused by the red lines indicating monthly reserved parking—just avoid those spots and you’ll be fine. If you're visiting the Aquarium, you can validate your parking ticket at the Aquarium exit. They’ll scan it, and the discount will automatically be applied when you pay at parking building. I ended up paying $18 for parking. For peace of mind, I prefer paying the garage fee over parking on the street.

There was no indication the lot was full. We circled around each level (mind you, half of the spots are reserved) looking around for a spot, found nothing. We went back down to exit and a staff member told us there were additional spots on level 9. We went all the way back up and there was someone that was just stopped by the gate by level 9 and not moving (technical difficulties, who knows?), so we went to the exit. At the exit gate, we were still charged $12 even though we never found a parking spot. We didn’t want to miss our family get-together in the area, so we just paid it. There was no indication anywhere that the garage was full. This was completely unacceptable. Don’t park here if you’re a visitor.

We parked here the other night, and I was surprised. This place used to be kind of run down and unpleasant to park at. Looks like they definitely cleaned up the place. We definitely felt comftrouble parking here, and it was easy access to downtown Harbor..

This parking garage is considered to be the I guess the closest to the aquarium and it’s about a 7 minute walk in a confusing hard-to-get-out-of parking garage I might add. I’m uncertain if there is a closer parking garage but hey.

Been twice now, great parking for a lot of tourist locations downtown and offers a discounted price with some places. 6'6" height limit

Clean and bright! I park in this garage for work and I feel very safe. Someone is usually going around in a golf cart checking for trash or doing maintenance, and in so doing, are keeping an eye on things. It is well-lit and clean. The staff are also very nice and they decorate for all of the holidays! They even maintain little flowers in planters throughout the garage.

UPDATE: As management mentioned, the new chargers are in. Working great so far. EV chargers constantly out of service. They have gone from 14 to 2. I’ll be changing to another garage for monthly parking, if this isn’t resolved soon.

SCAM ALERT! Do not use this garage. Even if you are parking for the aquarium they will write you a ticket for 'parking in the wrong spot' and make you pay 50-200$ just to leave... (They will hold you there against your will until you pay and give you no way to protest) For the people who have been scammed please contact the aquarium and the local authorities. This will help get these scammers shut down.

Expensive and came to park on NYE only to find the first 6 levels empty for "premium monthly members" I used the lights above to park in a green available spot only to have to move up another 5 levels which took 20 min.

I worked here for 2 years loved it the owner is a really nice guy! But the garage started going down hill once Kera left. The Managers are child hood friends and very messy! There is no type of respect what so ever they talk to you like trash and when you respond your painted as the aggressor. The facility manager talks about staff to other staff and her first week let it be known she wasn’t happy in her relationship basically throwing her self at male employees It’s honestly sickening and pathetic. She also told a staff member she didn’t like me because of who she wanted to sleep with then when I confronted her she denied it because the manager in the office that was present is friends with her bf then she confronted the person and asked why would they repeat what she said and she couldn’t trust any one in the office anymore .I knew something was off when I first met her and she didn’t introduce herself and then when I spoke to her twice on two separate events she didn’t want to speak back, I should have put my 2 weeks in a soon as I was made aware Kera parted with the company

Easy in and out from I-83 and only about two blocks from the National Aquarium. Not really, really close to anything but pretty close to lots of things.

Quick, easy, good location.

The $10 early bird special is a scam. They make it so hard to 'process correctly'. And then when you ask them to fix it, they just argue with you about nonsense until you leave. They did the same thing to the next customer inli e while i was still there. Awful.

Been parking at harbor park for 2 years and the new management is NO good the system with early bird is not worth the hassle having to park on the roof by force is outrageous having to park in inclement weather is insane me and my co-works are switching to across the street price a little higher but not having to be told to park outside is worth it
