If you select a Quantity Surveyor based on PRICE alone, you are making a very expensive mistake. His knowledge on Tax Depreciation, Capital Works Deductions and Capital Allowance is astounding. Mathew's report included many items normally missed by your day to day run of the mill volume QS and has saved us tens and thousands of dollars over the effective life of the property. He also recorded a personalised video where he went through and explained various sections of the report. That service was way over and above what I was expecting.
