I usually wear size 37 and that's what I ordered. The shoes weren't too small, they were "on the touch". However, I focused on comfort, sent back 37 and ordered 38. These are great, very cool and comfortable.

Zazwyczaj noszę rozmiar 37 i taki zamówiłam. Buty nie były za małe, były "na styk". Jednak postawiłam na komfort, odesłałam 37 i zamówiłam 38. Te są świetne, bardzo fajne i wygodne.

Really comfortable shoes, even for longer walks. ❤️

At first glance, the boots are very nice, consistent with the photos, unfortunately this is where the advantages end. The sizing doesn't hold the standards at all – I ordered my standard size, and the shoes are way too tight. The second loafers are much too big. The company does not control the quality control of dimensions, standardization of footwear. Wasted time on order and return. I advise against buying online. In response, the store suggests differences in the fit of the models, but the problem is the lack of any standardization – one shoe too small, the other too large in the same size is a defect in quality control, not a matter of cut! Additionally, buying online is a lottery at the customer's expense. The store does not control the dimensions, and charges a fee for returning incorrectly sized shoes, even if you take them in person to a stationary point. It is passing on the costs of terrible quality control to the customer. I advise against it!

Botki na pierwszy rzut oka bardzo ładne, zgodne ze zdjęciami, niestety na tym kończą się zalety. Rozmiarówka w ogóle nie trzyma standardów – zamówiłam mój standardowy rozmiar, a buty są o wiele za ciasne. Drugie mokasyny o wiele za duże. Firma nie panuje nad kontrolą jakości wymiarów, standaryzacją obuwia. Stracony czas na zamówienie i zwrot. Odradzam zakup online. W odpowiedzi sklep sugeruje różnice w dopasowaniu modeli, jednak problemem jest brak jakiejkolwiek standaryzacji – jeden but za mały, drugi za duży w tym samym rozmiarze to wada kontroli jakości, a nie kwestia fasonu! Dodatkowo kupowanie online to loteria na koszt klienta. Sklep nie panuje nad wymiarami, a za zwrot źle zwymiarowanych butów pobiera opłatę, nawet jeśli odnosisz je osobiście do punktu stacjonarnego. To przerzucanie kosztów fatalnej kontroli jakości na klienta. Odradzam!
