It was really sad to see this suitcase, which was all dusty and dirty. If it wasn't for the fact that we were leaving the next day, I would have sent it back, but I had to wash it thoroughly before using it. The person who packed it in a carton must have seen what condition it was in, because a pink cosmetic bag was packed in it. What if I ordered it for someone as a gift..? It's just a SHAME that the OCHNIK brand, so far considered by us to be professional and full of elegance, behaved in this way. Someone made a mistake, did not take care of their duties, and someone from the Customer Service Office wrote that "Dirty wheels are the result of an inspection carried out by a warehouse worker, who checks whether the running system is working properly before shipment" - embarrassing... TOO BAD.

Walizka sama w sobie jest OK ale sposób jej wysłania był mało profesjonalny. Jesteśmy klientami firmy OCHNIK kilka lat ubieramy się tam i ta walizka też nie była pierwszą jaką kupiliśmy. Na prawdę przykro było patrzeć na tą walizkę, która była cała zakurzona i brudna. Gdyby nie fakt, że następnego dnia wyjeżdżaliśmy odesłałbym ją ale musiałem dokładnie ją umyć przed użyciem. Osoba która ją pakowała w karton musiała widzieć w jakim jest stanie ponieważ do niej była zapakowana różowa kosmetyczka. Co by było w przypadku gdybym ją zamówił dla kogoś w prezencie..? Po prostu WSTYD że marka OCHNIK tak do tej pory przez nas uznawana za profesjonalną i pełną elegancji zachowała się w ten sposób. Ktoś popełnił błąd, nie dopilnował swoich obowiązków a ktoś z Biura Obsługi Klienta napisał że "Brudne kółka są wynikiem kontroli przeprowadzanej przez magazyniera, który przed wysyłką sprawdza, czy system jezdny działa prawidłowo" - żenujące... SZKODA.
