I purchased two soft armor panels for front and read, as well as two 6x8 sides. I’ve been wearing some iia for the past few years (organizationally provided) and this upgrade was out of pocket for me. They are decent. Decently priced and shipping was quick and painless. I have zero complaints so far.

Followed their instructions and emailed to request a return or exchange for sizing issues (just need one size smaller), have not received any response at all. Product is good and as expected, company customer support not so much. I'm worried they won't respond within their 30-day exchange window, and I'm stuck with a product I can't use.

Such fast shipping, I received an update it was delivered before getting an update on it even leaving production. Overall the armor is comfortable and clearly made well

Placed an order, received a confirmation. Later that day I was involved in a car accident and decided that maybe armor plates weren't a top priority so I responded to the confirmation email (support@pivotalbodyarmor.com) with a request to cancel the order (less than 24 hours later). That request went unanswered for a couple days but I hadn't gotten a shipping email so I forwarded my initial cancellation request to their support email requesting to cancel. It again was ignored and the order shipped. When the package arrived it was missing an item. I sent yet another email pointing out that the order was incomplete but I would still prefer to cancel the order entirely. Again to this day I've heard nothing back (maybe this review will help?) The missing item did wind up arriving days later as a second shipment that I was unaware existed because there was no mention of it in the shipping confirmation. Nor was there any mention that some items may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. The items were as described and priced competitively but the complete absence of customer service has ensured I'll avoid this site in the future.

Excellent! 1st package was delivered to incorrect address and they didn't skip a beat in getting a new one delivered ASAP. Bravo to this business, will DEFINITELY be coming back to buy more!
