Great Quality

Good product but can’t get any response

Made to customer specs which is good. Other than that I wasn't informed my order had been dispatched, the installation instructions aren't very helpful, and the overall quality is pretty poor considering what they charge for them.

I ordered a roller shutter and a week later I realised that I measured it wrong. I called and it wasn’t a problem to amend. The item was hand delivered from Poland by Knall. Wonderful service and quality item.

Shutter is great . However lacked instructions, link to video did not work, and hard to assemble. But looks nice at a good price and very happy overall

Fantastic quality product, made to order. I ordered the exterior Venetian blinds and I can’t fault the quality of the product and at a great price for this usually quite specialised product. The process was all on line, a little clunky at times but to be honest I got the extra help via email quickly when I needed it. They are made in Europe but I was kept up to date with the progress and the lead time was quite reasonable. Really happy with everything.

Communication was good, product fits and works great, looks good too.

This seemed to be just what I wanted to shield a kitchen window, but I needed to install it to operate from outside instead of inside. I needed detailed dimensions to see if my proposal was sensible, it was a bit like drawing teeth. In the end I took a gamble and ordered one and found that it did do what I wanted, but this was no thanks to the support team.

The roller shutter arrived when expected in good condition. There were no printed instructions for assembly/installation but I found these, in English, on the Knall website. I had some difficulty following the instructions and sent an email asking for help. I got a quick and courteous reply in good English. At first the reply failed to help but I was given a link to a Youtube video which explained what I needed. The end result is good

The chap I was dealing with was extremely helpful and stopped me from making a costly error. Great customer support. Have yet to have the shutter nstalled but looks to be of excellent quality.

The shutter is well made and was delivered within the set time frame. The installation instructions were okay but could probably have a little more detail, particularly on unpacking and what to be careful of. Altogether a good company to deal with.

I recently posted on here that I had not received any communication from this company in relation to my order. However the emails were going to my spam mail box. Also the items received were the wrong size, that again was our fault so I do apologise to this company for any issues caused.

Due to other commitments I have only just installed the shutters which I ordered back in January of this year. The installation was in a narrow cellar door to prevent the grandkids from falling down the stone steps as the down stairs toilet was adjacent this door (couldn't fix a normal door due to restrictions). I thought they were well made and good quality. They were also a lot quieter than I anticipated. As a warning to others, ensure that when adjusting the stop positions to use the correct adjustment position, as working in a dim light and head torch I inadvertently adjusted the up position when I should have adjusted the down and got myself, and the shutter, in a bit of a mess! My only bugbear was the wall switch which didn't fit on a standard UK back box. So I bought a toggle switch from the local electrical retail for less than a tenner. Otherwise excellent bit of kit and would, if needed, buy again.

The product and price is fantastic unfortunately I have emailed them a few times asking a couple of questions and had no reply. I would like to purchase a multi channel remote and is strap on the roller broke, and asked for a replacement but know response. But still a great product.

Very pleased with the quality and price, they’ve transformed the room and will buy again.
