The product was delivered on time. Products, service, delivery - everything at the highest level. Despite the large size, everything arrived in perfect condition, wow. I appreciate this approach to the customer, great. Many, many thanks for the great service from the order right through to delivery and quality.

Very fast and on-time delivery! Product is as described

👍️Fast order fulfillment means I'll definitely be back.

It's great that I could track the shipment in real time. Fantastic transaction, everything went smoothly.

I received the products in the highest quality, perfect. The package and its contents arrived in perfect condition. I am very impressed with the quality of the products and also with such fast delivery. Top-notch! A very reliable company and delivery.

I appreciate their professionalism and approach to the customer. Delivery speed was very good! I recommend, an exceptional shop.

I should say, one of the best shopping experiences that I’ve ever had. The quality is perfect the service was great, and the delivery was excellent. Whatever good things I say about this product it’s not enough. Thanks Fotunlove. I love you.

We are very satisfied. The only thing that unfortunately bothers are the hard buttons, they sometimes make it a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great. Fast shipping etc. We chose the slim version (with a layer of latex) for our bed and are very satisfied. The futon is not so "slim" but quite thick. (Much thicker than the futons we slept on in Japan). It is firm yet soft and also suitable for side sleepers.

The package was carefully packed according to the contents. The information on the website corresponds to reality. A big applause!

Great communication, fast shipping and a very good mattress, we are happy to buy it!

The excellent Futon store❤️ was shipped from Poland and was delivered to the Czech Republic in just 6 days. Thank you, I'm satisfied and the futon is beautiful! 🌸 (200x200 Medium Coco, Grey)

My girlfriend loved sleeping on this wonderful futon. Full marks!

The package arrived to me on time. Professionalism and friendliness are the distinguishing features of the service team. Online shopping is convenient and enjoyable.

The package arrived safe and sound, very well packaged, absolutely recommended. This store is really a hit. I am thrilled and will order there again next time. Questions were answered quickly and concretely in advance via chat. So I was able to find the perfect mattress for our son in 5 minutes! There is no chemistry steaming out, neither arsenic nor formaldehyde, as is the case with virtually all foam... mattresses. Thank you very much! ❤️

Each situation is considered individually and with care for the customer. Delivery without delays. Excellent choice, the purchases met my expectations.

Poor customer service. The product page says "easy return for 14 days". When trying to return the product, it says "return not possible". Correction: A return is now possible after all, but at the expense of a bulky mattress, which is still a lot for a bulky mattress. However, I am more annoyed here that the product page says "easy return" and only in the small print who bears the costs of the return. I think that's a shame and would like it to be more obvious from the outset. However, the customer service has now responded well to my request.

Efficient shipping. Customer service can advise well. Reliable product descriptions make it easier to make an informed choice. 👍

All good, only the wooden pallet of the transport is difficult to dispose of.

Editing a bit complex at the beginning on page 5 which should be a little more exhaustive for the top part. Pleasant final result, comfortable in sofa mode, I didn't have time to use it in bed mode. 👍️

All the best! Fast delivery, good packaging, nice product!

The lead time was short. Everything works flawlessly.

The goods were delivered 3 days late - the sofa is fine, but the assembly is a bit challenging due to some poorly drilled holes. Some boards are damaged; this is no longer visible with the futon on top, but I would have expected a little more precision from a sofa from this price range.

Super product, great quality 💚

The order was completed quickly, which is crucial for me. 👍️
