This program has been such a gift for my son. He came in wanting to grow his art skills, and what we didn't expect was how much it would do for his confidence and focus too. Watching him grow in all three areas has been so rewarding to see as a mom. He's really enjoyed the variety of skills each lesson provides. It keeps things fresh and gives him new things to work on and master. The lessons are easy to follow and easy to find, and the live classes are fun and engaging, which keeps him coming back every time. And he wanted me to make sure I said this part: he thinks this program is totally worth it. I'd have to agree!

I have never seen an online class this engaging, informative, and FUN!! My 7 year old daughter has really grown. Not only in her technique of drawing, but her knowledge, how she approaches things even outside of drawing, her confidence, and how she has learned to forged forward to believe in herself, her art, her POV. The online integration and participation is fun and she really enjoys when she can offer up suggestions, and/or gets her work spotlighted during the class. Being able to access the library of previous lessons is really helpful when our schedules are chaotic. She also gets to pause and play at her speed so she can take her time. The angle and instructions given are easy to understand, follow and explained in ways that really helpful execute what they’re trying to learn and accomplish. The joy and positivity by the instructors is infectious. When my daughter isn’t swimming she’s drawing. Her teachers at school have noticed how much more she’s engaged when given the opportunity to include art even if it’s a simple sketch. If your kid is AuDHD like mine, this class has been life changing. 

Kid Cartoon Academy has been a great help, I homeschool my boys Elijah, Isaiah and Ah'Meil. They really have a hard time staying focus and get distracted very easily. One of the best things I love is the option they have to pause the recording and come back when they are focused. They boys love art and drawing and this gives them the chance to grow their talents at their own speed without judgment. They get feedback and tips that really helps. They love joining the live zoom classes going step by step it a good opportunity for them to be involved and feel part of something special

Joined my first Kids Cartoon Academy class today and had SO MUCH FUN!

I signed up my son two years ago and it was the best investment I have ever made. He loves the classes and the teachers. It is such an amazing and encouraging environment for him to thrive in. I also joined in the classes and discovered a passion for art thanks to Kids Cartoon Academy. The teachers are excellent, there is so much to learn from them. There is also a monthly workshop with professional artists introducing new art styles and drawing techniques, I couldn't recommend Kids Cartoon Academy enough!

We love KCA! The kids are so excited and can't wait to show us what they learned each class! Mr. Grissom has a wonderful way of keeping them engaged while teaching. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a creative and enjoyable activity for their child!

Beware! Its a scam. We paid for one lesson (which was not good). Once the company had our card details they started taking multiple payments without our permission for access /membership we were never given. As soon as we realised we asked for our money back but of course they've refused. So many of these online scams now. Beware

June has pretty much been one of Mr G's students since the beginning When June started it was a camp just like the one running now. 2 years ago I'm pretty sure. Before this June had done a few online art classes and work at home with me (we homeschool). From the very beginning of the camp I could tell it was very different from previous online classes. June was very excited and couldn't wait to show me what she learned. She was fully engaged in what Mr G was teaching her. She asked if she could stay in the class after camp was over. Her confidence in her art exploded. She was so into what she was learning she had to try to teach everyone she knows how to breakdown drawings into simple shapes. June was invited to be in several art shows last summer. One where she was the only artist under 18. She was on the news for her art. She won an award at her homeschool board. She even taught an art class this year! Something she definitely wouldn't have had the confidence to do 2 years ago. She's generally a very shy girl. Except when it comes to art! Thanks to Kids Cartoon Academy with Daniel Grissom Even her very resistant 8yo sister is super into the camp this year. Which is huge because she has a lot of anxiety surrounding art. Huge thanks to Mr G and his entire team for helping June build her confidence! The whole community is amazing

Sara has been attending the Saturday classes for several months now, and we've seen remarkable progress in her artistic abilities. The tailored guidance and feedback provided by Daniel have really helped her refine her techniques and explore new styles. Each class not only enhances her skills but also significantly boosts her confidence and enjoyment of art. Sara always looks forward to these sessions, eager to learn and create alongside her peers. These classes have not only been instrumental in her artistic development but have also been a joy for her each week. I highly recommend Tooniversity’s small group classes to any family looking for a supportive and enriching environment that encourages creativity and personal growth.

Working with Ms Amanda has been amazing. My son Max (8 yr old) has loved drawing for awhile now but his drawings have really leveled up after spending a few months learning realistic drawing. We’re all busy with school and life, but taking an hour of the day to sit, draw and learn from Ms Amanda has been a great experience. Not only does it give the parents an hour to breathe, but you can relax knowing your child is adding to their passion. Focusing on fun subjects, Ms Amanda has taught Max shading, landscapes and how to draw the animals and characters that he wants to draw. She’s a patient teacher and knows how to get the kids to shine. Along with the Kids Cartoon Academy, Max is learning and creating like never before. Sometimes we even sit and draw along! So glad we have Mr Grissom and his pals to lead us in a fun and creative passion.

Kids Cartoon Academy is excellent, they teach you good, I see the progress in my daughter, she is amazing on her draws, the classes and teaches are very professionals, is amazing!

So lucky and fortunate to have found Kids Cartoon Academy where our girls, Samantha and ShantelLe can enhance their artistic capabilities. Great instructor for children who has a passion for the art of drawing.

Kids Cartoon Academy is a great place for kids who wants to do better in drawing. Mr. G is an awesome and good detail-oriented instructor. What a great thing for everyone !

My daughter Pallavi is learning to draw cartoons with Mr.Grissom and it is one of the best learning experiences she has got. Mr. Grissom is not only skilled in their art class but also has a great ability to connect with kids and understand them. His instructions help the student to achieve their goals. The classes are well-organized and provide a great balance of using various tools. I would highly recommend Kids Cartoon Academy to anyone looking to learn and improve their drawing skills.

This is an amazing class, very straight forward and guided with excellent results and Daniel is so enthusiastic. Me and my son have learned alot and had a fab connection to this class.
