After a move it was a super easy call to make to call Mr. Brooks. I got rid of all unwanted items, boxes, and packing materials for a very fair price. Mr. Brooks is very professional and would give him business again. Highly recommend!

I called Kyle to have a couch removed. He was able to squeeze me in to have it removed, especially after my mom was getting home from the hospital! Kyle is very friendly and helpful and his prices are reasonable! I will be needing more help soon and Kyle now has a customer for life!

I was able to get a quick response for a quote from the owner in less than 20 min. He was able to work with me on pricing and helped me lug an old mattress out of my (older) parents’ house. Great service, called him early in the morning and shared items that needed to be moved. He stated that on Sundays, he tries to give his helper a break but if he could break apart my sofa, he’d come out and do the move on his own. He was able to come a little more than an hour later, broke down the sofa, and removed all other items pretty quickly by himself. He took care not to scratch up walls and even took his shoes off so he wasn’t tracking dirt in my house. Exceptional and swift service.

I booked with Mr. Brooks early on a Friday morning through the google chat feature. Response was instant, was given a quote and a estimated window of his arrival time that same day. There were no frills or upselling which I appreciate. True to his word, Mr. Brooks arrived on time with his game face on. It took him maybe 10 minutes to haul a queen mattress and a futon sofa out of my home. Well deserving of 5 stars. We need more customer service oriented business owners in our community. We were very happy with K. Brooks Junk Removal. Kyle answered my call right away and worked with me to get pictures of my cluttered garage so he could get me an estimate in a matter of minutes. He was able to come same day and with a huge truck! He was polite, professional, hard working and FAST! He got our entire 2 car garage cleared out in no time! I told him that we will likely get rid of more stuff in the future and I look forward to using his services again!
