People here are extremely friendly. The inspection is also free for us even though we are still in the process of applying for foster care license. It is very convenient for people near the Lake Dallas area since they moved to this new location in Nov 2024. For first-time visitors like me, the business is a house and the entrance is in front of the building.

INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! My husband and I needed our fire extinguishers inspected to become foster parents, and they helped us out so much! They only charge $9 to do the inspection, and they even waived the fee for us, for our first visit! So kind! They also gave us information about what we would need to do in following years, to keep up to code. I absolutely recommend them!
