I recently used GPUConnect when trying to salvage a soon-to-be-defunct Nvidia GPU fan. The people there were incredibly generous with their time and obvious expertise, going well above and beyond to try and solve my problem. We were brainstorming the issue at close to midnight on one evening! It was a level of customer service I find to be increasingly rare, and I'd strongly encourage anyone who gets hands on with their PC or has any kind of GPU-related issue to take advantage of their exceptional service. I was looking for adapter cables to replace the fans on my GPU. Even before purchasing, I received excellent support via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, my carefully "thought-out plan" didn’t work as intended because my GPU firmware didn’t cooperate. However, the support didn’t stop there. The seller continued to provide outstanding assistance and guided me through the issue. I can wholeheartedly recommend buying here. Okay, so the fans work. But. All of the wires are 1-2 millimetre short, the fan is 2 millimetre thicker than the rest of the fans, and it looks like it's a few millimetre larger in diameter as well. It works, I only replaced one fan because only one was not working, but because of the shorter wires, I basically paid £30 for a single GPU-fan. Generally it does what it says, but I had to make compromises for it to work. It's not as it supposed to be, it needed tinkering. Edit: Got a reaction of my review from GPUConnect right away, my issues were considered, very good customer support.
