Very bad

It is the second time that I go to the rental and despite all the requirements required by the rental respected I am not provided with the car creating huge problems since I needed it. Almost non-existent assistance, I was never able to speak with an operator on the phone. Unclear directions and when you go to the rental the renters make their own rules which are different from the rental descriptions

In fact, it was not clear to me from the beginning, before finishing the procedure, if the offices of the rental company had a closing time, which I discovered only later and which could create difficulties for me. Precisely because of this problem, it would have been useful to have the contacts of Rental, in case there was an urgency to have to change the reservation due to the impossibility of picking up the car. Finally, I have not yet figured out if the car will be delivered with snow tires or, at least, with snow chains, included in the rental price, considering that in the winter period they will be mandatory.

Lower price than directly from the operator! Simplicity of comparison especially if you are practical with the service and are looking for additional services, such as rental without excess, which is different from the supplementary insurance that covers the excess, in this second case you have to anticipate any damage and ask for reimbursement. Or select the service directly inside the airport at particularly large airports... Practical and fast service. Without surcharge... indeed saving. I've been using it for 3 years: 5stars

Positive experience with TINOLEGGIA, not the same thing with Autovia which provided a different car from the one booked and not up to expectations, not ideal for long distances and visibly worn.

For the deposit you have not reported in the terms and conditions that for agency noleggiare.it may take from 7 to 30 days from the date of unlocking. I have rented with other agencies and it has never happened. The release of the deposit is immediate at the end of the rental. Noleggiare.it they are dishonest, you should not rent with them.
