To return the keys early in the morning I had to throw them on the ground through a hole in the shutter (the key box was missing) with the risk of damaging them. Finally, the car I was given was much larger than the one I had booked (a Skoda kodiac instead of a yaris cross)

Furthermore, being misleading advertising, it should be reported to AGCOM. I advise you, being a search engine, to book through them only the basic rental and then contact the car rental directly or subscribe to the insurance policy directly at the car collection desk, as it provides better prices, greater guarantees and much lower deductibles.
