zeegosports.com - client reviews

I received the wrong item, have emailed twice about return or refund and have had no response , it's been over a week

The staff patiently provides additional information about the products. Information from the website is 100% true. Huge props! I recommend it due to the service and quality of products.

Perfect fit❤️

There was a broken part on the football net I purchased I have tried to contact Zeego with no response

Very disappointed that my football goals haven't arrived. Even more disappointed that Zeego haven't responded to any of my emails after 5 days.

Great quality

There's nothing to blame them for, quick and efficient contact with the service staff. Express order fulfillment. I really like the packaging, thanks. No shortcomings, the rating is very good. I recommend it.

Very good service.

Contact with the service staff without any problems, and the order itself was correctly fulfilled. All the information on the website is true and accurate. Their wide assortment, good prices, and great after-shopping service are very endearing. I only have very good experiences and remain a loyal customer.

The items I ordered did not all show up, and I paid for express delivery. I emailed them, and they said they would have to check CCTV. That was three days ago, and I'm still waiting. They said they would refund £1.60 for the express delivery, as that's what it works out to be.

I have tried to contact this company who appear to use a DX as a courier. My parcel was delivered satisfactorily. However the courier DX continues to send emails telling me that my parcel is due to be delivered again agar n and again. So either my card details have been compromised in Zeego sports or DX have messed up. No one is telling me or responding to my query hence the 1* review

I'm very happy with the quality of the service, pleasant contact over the phone with the seller. I highly recommend it. Louise was so helpful and sorted out a problem with delivery. Cannot thank her enough

Professional service that makes you want to come back to them.

Delivered too late I ordered on the proviso the date would be 22nd to 24th September delivery. This was fab and in time for my date of 27th Sept the date I needed it for. It arrived today way too late and I had to go and get another present so this is no longer needed. I had no contact and no apology. Will never use this site again as its too unreliable.

Very fast and efficient order fulfillment. I recommend that shop. Everything is fine, you can pay by card, transfer and in other ways. Solidly packed products. Huge positive. Fast service, goods well packaged, and good price for 100% original goods. I recommend this store. Only thing that would make it even better would be instructions/advice leaflet as to how to use the reflex ball.

Phenomenal service and impressively good cooperation. I recommend it.

Arrived in good condition and on time. Easy to install and works well. My 10 year old is very pleased with this as a present.

Poor product and broken 2 already please call me as I need to return them all and they don’t answer emails . Even the contact number just rings but nobody ever answers. Be aware there’s no after sale service with these guys

The parcel was packed securely and pretty. I sincerely recommend it. Very fast delivery. The goods were well packed.

Sufficiently durable packaging, adapted to the contents of the shipment.

Very quick service.

Very nice courier and fast delivery.

The package was clean and packed solid and safely. Professional service. The order was fulfilled very quickly. Branded good quality products, I'll gladly come back to this store.

My parcel was properly packed. 👍️

It really nice but doesn't feel very secure at the join between the base and the size reducer insert. There is excessive flexibility and movement compared with other models.
