Please can someone call me back about my missing clock. Thank you.

I placed an order on 1st January, received a confirmation email & payment was taked, a couple of hours later I received another email stating order has been cancelled as out of stock and payment has been refunded. Today is 7th January and am still waiting for the refund. Not impressed !!!!

Very quick contact, everything went smoothly. Fast and on time. Much respect. I don't have anything to complain about, the package was delivered with no damages and no dirt. Products, service, delivery - everything at the highest level.

Awesome just received my mantel clock this morning, very well packed. The clock was better in real life than photos would suggest.
