We recently hired Toronto Doors and Windows to replace all the front windows on our three storey home, as well as two on the side, for a total of 8 windows and 1 door. Randy and team were great to deal with from start to finish, they source quality product which is made to spec not too far away, and their install team are super experienced (they did a beautiful job on the install). I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows and/or doors!

Inexpensive, good service, great install - very happy overall

We ordered windows and doors for our client's renovation project. The lead time was around 4 weeks so this was fairly quick compared to other companies. It was a pleasure dealing with Niel, Arash and their installer, Badim, who is a genius at door & window installation! We are very happy working with Toronto Doors and Windows. We changed all the windows of our home. Total 10 of them and also extended a window. Toronto Doors and Windows was very professional from day one- starting from quote, following up and installation. They were respectful of our home and did an excellent and neat job.I was very nervous about the window extension as it involved cutting the exterior wall but my fear was proven wrong and we are now enjoying a beautiful window to our garden.Special thanks to Randy, Arash, Vatim and team. We recently had 3 exterior doors sourced and installed by Toronto Doors and Windows. This is a very good company. They were very helpful in selecting what we were looking for and the delivery and installation was complete ahead of schedule. Most of the installation was done in one day and they came back a week later once the caulking was dry to do some finishing touches. Very good communication and they made sure we were happy with everything. I will definitely reach out to them when it's time to do the windows next.

I had to replace a bedroom window - it was old, it had a failed seal and moisture was coming in. I reached out to 3 installers. Cost wise, two were similar including Toronto Doors and Windows. The third one was 3x the cost. I decided to go with Toronto Doors and Windows. I gave them the measurements and they gave me a quote. In a couple of days, they came to verify the measurements. They were on time. I was told the Window would be ready for installation in 4 weeks. Around 4 weeks later got a message with an installation date and time. The installer was also here on time. He put floor protectors and completed the job without any fuss. They were cost effective, punctual and the installation was clean. Hence, I would recommend them without hesitation. I now hope the window will last for many years. And if there is a problem I am confident that will get the necessary help. If not, I will update my review here.

Our experience with Arash and the rest of the team was truly extraordinary. From start to finish they made every effort to make our vision come to life. My wife and I, when traveling through Europe were inspired by the beauty of their classical front doors. We came to Arash with our vision and quickly set up a plan to make it a reality. We engaged a stained glass artist to help us with the colored stained glass and the team at Toronto Doors and Windows were able to match a custom color based on our photos. The end result is beyond our expectations. We recommend working with this company and would definitely hire them again.

I had the front door replaced at my house with a custom door from toronto doors and windows, all i can say is im very pleased, the door came out great it was exaclty as ordered and done in a very timely matter. started shopping around for window companies in May. I solicited quotes from four companies, and was most impressed by Vitallii, the sales rep from Toronto doors and windows for his professionalism, and attention to my needs. Super nice person, and not at all pushy! Toronto Doors and windows installs windows from Vinylguard, which according to my research is a recommended window manufacturer (read thru the window forum on redflagdeals). I was invited to visit the viynlguard showroom, and again were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy that was extended to us. At the showroom, we were greeted by a person from the VinylGuard management team, and Arash from Toronto Doors (super nice person ). Both made every effort to address all our questions. We left the showroom with good vibes about dealing with Vinylguard and Toronto Doors and Windows. An important thing in selecting the window company is the installer. I did not want to use a company that subs out the work to different contractors. I was specifically looking for a company that uses the same install team for all their projects. Toronto doors and windows I believe uses one of three teams for their doors and window projects. Kyle being one of the teams, I believe has been with Toronto doors and windows for around 10 years. This was important to me, and was the team I requested for my installation. Approx 6-8 weeks elapsed between when I signed the agreement until the actual installation date. Between that time, Arash was responsive to my query for updates regarding the installation date. On the installation date, Kyle and his team arrived, and showed great care for my home; all work areas was protected with drop cloth and swept clean at the end of the day. This was a four day installation; every day I would follow up with Kyle with any concerns, which were promptly addressed. On one occasion, I noticed missing Caulk around the brick of two windows, and marked it with a pencil. Surprisingly, without me asking this was taken care of. Kyle and his team were fantastic; they went over and above the call of duty, and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your installation team if you use Toronto doors and windows. There was a problem with the lock on screen door they installed. Kyle tried to fix it, but later called in the problem. The same evening I received an email from Arash letting me know "don't worry we will take care of it"! It's not often you find a company that cares about their customers. Toronto doors and Windows in my opinion is one of these companies. Gorgeous Windows, Customer Friendly, responsiveness, putting the customer first, are just some reasons I will recommend Toronto doors and windows. It all starts with a phone call!

We recently replaced our patio doors using Toronto Doors and Windows. From the salesman, our initial contact person to the installers and operations manager, the service was excellent. Every effort was made to accommodate our requests. The doors look wonderful and have enhanced the appearance of the house. I would certainly recommend this company to friends.

Very good experience working with Toronto Doors and Windows to replace a garage door with a four-panel sliding patio door on a garden shed. Arash was a huge help deciding on the right style of replacement door and Jasmine was in regular communication on the status of the order. The order arrived ahead of schedule and the door was installed soon after. The installers were easy to work with and the install was clean and professional. I will definitely be contacting Arash for future door or window installations!

Randy the Sales Manager is very professional and was extremely patient. Kyle and his team did a great job installing some new windows and our new door. We are going to use them again when we replace more windows! I highly recommend Toronto Doors and Windows.

Recently had Toronto Doors and Windows replace 13 windows in my home. They were responsive but not at all pushy, willing to answer questions and revise the quote many times to meet my needs as we went through the process. They were direct and honest about the lengthy supply chain delays that would mean waiting many weeks for the windows to arrive, but when they arrived weeks early, they were prepared to work around my schedule to get them installed. Come install day, the crew was on time and prepared. They were knowledgeable about the challenges of working in an older Toronto home, including dealing with plaster walls. They worked quickly and efficiently, working around my cats without complaint, and cleaning up thoroughly behind themselves. They completed the job on schedule in two days, save for some small plaster repairs which needed dry time, so they returned a couple of days later to complete that. There was a small issue with a rebate which they sorted out quickly, including voluntarily refunding me a small amount as a result of a misunderstanding, which they owned entirely from the jump. The communication was excellent throughout, and everyone I dealt with was polite, positive, and friendly. The new windows look fantastic, both inside and out, and I'm very happy with the work they did. Highly recommend!

Really easy experience, the installation team was great.

This company quoted a replacement of our front door & framing. They warned us of manufacturing delays, but the door arrived a month early. The install team was fast, efficient and really friendly. We had one small issue with a piece of weatherstrip about 2 months after install. I phoned them, they were out in a week to replace, no hassle, no charge. Go with this company, you will not be disappointed!

Due to timing, we used other services in the end... but just wanted to point out the professionalism of this company regarding their customer service. Jasmine has been really helpful in providing a quote, detailed info on windows style, and everything! No rush, no pressure, and also followed up if we had any questions... If we have any other projects, we'll keep them in mind for sure!!
