I booked through your site with the Felirent company, when I arrived there the very bad surprise, to take the car you necessarily needed the flight, instead I arrived by plane, and on the voucher that you printed it was not written, you had to look for it in the small items, clearly I lost the money and I was left without a car. Very negative experience

I really liked the car I was assigned a Ford puma, the price was also very good. For transparency, the 10 euros applied for the price of the wash should be communicated during the rental phase!

Error in the rental booking dates, the voucher indicated from 16 to 22/09 while we arrived on 14:09 still not corrected despite 2 requests to Voyage Privé and by email to tinorent. 2 days before the rental this was finally changed but the rental company changed Europcar, the only one that is not in the airport. Shuttle system but not at all indicated. Very long wait and when we finally arrive at the agency we are told that the rental has not been fully paid so we had to pay more than 100 dolkars while the rental was included in our trip.
