I had rented a large van, but at the desk they offered me a smaller one that wasn't suitable for what I needed to do. I had to rent a van from somewhere else. However, I contacted customer service, and besides refunding everything I paid, they also compensated me for the extra cost of the new rental. Reliable company👍️💯

Good morning, the car was in very bad condition with numerous damages and defects including the faulty/non-working float. I requested to change cars but I should have returned to the terminal at the airport without knowing if there would be cars available.... one of the worst rentals made.

Car rental carried out with ease and competence of the operators. After so many that I have contacted this has been more within reach without many impediments. 👍️

When I checked in at the renter's desk they told me they couldn't give me the car because I didn't have a boarding pass. That rate was only for tourists arriving by plane to Fiumicino. I didn't find this thing on any document you sent me after payment. I called your call center to be helped but your operator (who was not very polite) told me that she could not do anything but reimburse. She should have made me take the car anyway and possibly come back and refund me the supplement to be paid at the desk. I didn't feel protected at all by you. Stop
