💯❤️🤝 Professional, supportive, open, life changing. I tell all my friends they should take the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training...even if they dont want to teach...just for their own personal growth.

It's a great place to practice yoga, and the Yoga Teacher Training is exceptional. Wonderful people practice yoga at the Keene Yoga Center.

It's been over 2 years now that I've been attending yoga classes at Keene Yoga. I've always been able to find the right mix of teachers, skill levels and class times to meet my interests. Even more recently I've enjoyed them online and look forward to returning with the safety measures in consideration. Thank you!

Just completed my 200 HR YTT with Sadhana Yoga School in Bali. Big shout out to our Facilitators Brian, Randi and Desiré as well as assistants Marissa and Shaley. They provided an amazing training experience and were fully supportive to our wonderful group of students. We came together as strangers from all over the world and left as friends continuing to support each other from a distance. We were challenged, tested, encouraged to be the best versions of our selves in order to go out and share the gift of Yoga to others or to just deepen our own personal practice. If an an immersive training is a possibility don’t linger on the fence make the decision explore the possibilities that this training will open up to you. I highly recommend Sadhana Yoga School!

This is an amazing studio with teachers and staff who are dedicated to making yoga accessible and fun to newbies and experienced yogis, alike. If you haven't been in, you should check it out. Some classes are only $5 on Fridays!

It was a great experience. It was all encompassing mind, body, spirit. The team at Sadhana Yoga School were very helpful and accessible for questions which helped me make an informed decision to attend their 200 hr YTT course in Bali. I definitely improved my personal practice, knowledge of the philosophy of yoga and my ability to meditate. The instructors, Bethel and Patrizia were a great team, both very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and supportive. I enjoyed working with both of them and appreciated their ability to teach a pretty diverse group of students and also provide one on one interaction, encouragement and guidance with each of us. Taking the 200 hr YTT and becoming a RYT in Bali was an amazing lifetime experience.

I will forever be thankful to Sadhana Yoga School for this life changing experience. It changed my life! My experience was loving, educating and absolutely beautiful! Namaste

This is a great Yoga Studio, with a wide range of classes. Great instructors in a beautiful space!

I completed the 200 hour back in July 2017 it was the most wonderful experience ever I loved my fellow students and my wonderful teachers who give so much love and support

I have been participating in the Friday Night Community classes and I love it! The staff at the center is wonderful, very friendly. I also love the easy going atmosphere at the center. It's always very relaxing and never overwhelming.

I experienced the Saturday children's Yoga which our daughter loved. We would like to see more youth centered activities; relaxation, focus, stretch kinds of activities. Loved the snacks and art integration also. Great.

Brian, Josephine, and Anjili were integral to my growth physically and spiritually during my 200ytt with School Yoga Institute. I did my training in 2012 and use many tools everyday. It was hands down the best experience of my life!

I was a student in the Keene,NH fall 2016-17 program. I started the training not really knowing where it would lead, just trusting my gut and that i needed to find a new path. The 8 months that followed are hard to describe, my life changed and i transformed as a person during this program. New doors have opened and new paths have shown themselves to me that i had never imagined even existed. I would have never imagined a year ago today that i would be pursing a career sharing yoga with adults and children of all ages. Yet here i am, with a brand new Family Yoga Studio open in my home town, and sharing yoga with my community. I feel like i am finally following the path i was intended to walk.

Absolutely life changing experience. Such a magical journey that makes you feeling grateful for your life and leaves you fully present and awakened. You let go of things that do not serve you and create endless amounts of self love. The people that end up being there with you become your destined life long friends on the basis that every little thing happens for a reason. Find your dharma and let it guide you. Surrender to the universe and bathe its the light>>>how I always feel after attending Sadhana Yoga School in Costa Rica. BLESSINGS TO YOU FELLOW YOGIS:)

I had a beautiful experience at Sadhana Yoga School. I earned my 200 hour yoga instructor certification through the Keene, NH program. The education is world class and the instructors imparted a wealth of knowledge! I recommend any of the programs that the school offers. Bryan, Anjili and their instructors are amazing!

Outstanding teachers that are committed to needs of students as individuals and purpose of a given class. Positive attitude starting from top that allows for individuals to achieve their personal best.

Wonderful environment, steep prices.

Keene Yoga Center offers a spacious, clean, and inviting space to take yoga classes. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended.

Great space and wonderful instructor!

I started coming to the KYC about a year ago. I couldn't stand on one foot, make it through a class without shaking and crying during savasana, and I couldn't sit on the floor cross legged. I was in constant pain from arthritis and recovering from broken bones, was feeling desperate about my chances to live an independent life in the future. I found in the KYC a safe place to heal, to come back to a life of greater health and peace. There is an atmosphere of support without interference and encouragement without judgement. There is also a wide variety of styles of yoga, truly something for everyone. I learn something new, something useful, something applicable, every time I go there.

I have never been here, but they keep sending me notifications to review it on Google. How annoying.
