Great customer service, repaired phone on the day, fixed price, workmanship too.

I completely destroyed my phone's screen when I was on the West Coast of Tasmania with no local repair options, but I would be returning to Hobart in two days' time. Prabish ordered a replacement screen, had it ready and waiting for me, and changed it out and working good as new in 30 minutes while I had lunch across the street. Worth every cent!

Quick and easy screen replacement. Was done in an hour and very happy with the price and service. Would definitely recommend if you need your phone fixed in a hurry.

Sent my dead phone in for repair from the other side of the state. From delivery to receival I was kept up to date the entire way. While not an easy repair, it was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They’re a bunch of con artists. I paid $700 for a screen replacement two months ago and was promised 5 month warranty. Sure enough two months later my screen dies while sitting on a desk untouched and they won’t acknowledge the warranty and expect me to pay another $700. The business that they’re running is nothing more than a disgusting scam. Awful people running an awful business

DODGY! DODGY! DODGY! AVOID AT ALL COST! THEY USE SECOND HAND PARTS AND IN MY CASE THEY CHARGE DOUBLE THE PRICE OF THE NEW ONE. They deny everything even faced with clear evidence. Full story below. A53 lost ability to charge battery. I've worked out that's faulty USB board. Found them online for around $30, but needed the phone ASAP. Came across Repair Mate website with their local store in Cardiff, which is just a few suburbs away. Their website states that they sell service of replacing the exact part in exact phone for $129. The website also states "Repair Service Include New Charging Port / Dock Replacement Part for Samsung Galaxy A53 5G". Read it again "NEW charging port". I've called Cardiff store, asked them about part availability. I've been told that they normally don't sell just the part itself, they offer replacement service, but they can sell just the part to me for $60 - double the price everywhere else. I decide anyway for a simple reason - getting the phone running the same day. Because I was at work and the phone belongs to my partner, she went to pick up the part. When I came back home and she handed me the bag, my first question was "So which one is the new part?" The "new" part turned out to be second hand. Which was easy to tell because the contacts of the USB port were corroded and also piece of the double side tape that is no the board to hold the plug of one of the ribbon cables was already mostly ripped off. I've installed it anyway and guess what? Phone shows that there is moisture in the port and disables charging. Gentle clean with brush and isoprop didn't help... Eventually gave me a full refund, but had to

As a “walk-in” customer, I wasn’t expecting immediate service. I’m very pleased that they were able to replace my damaged screen saver, camera cover, provide a damage resistant phone cover and supply a high capacity lead, all on the spot. Everything was in stock, and I’m happy with the quality. The service technician was great. I felt like I left the store with a brand new phone!

Easy and fast repair on a broken samsung screen. Very competitive price and once the screen arrived (the next day- it is an old phone) it was fixed in 30 minutes. Very impressed!

Spoke to Sudeep about repairing a water damaged tablet where the screen didn't work. He informed me of the price to replace the screen but also said there might be damage to the board which hasn't shown up yet so couldn't guarantee something else might break down the track due to corrosion. He informed me and I felt empowered to make a decision that suited me. I didn't choose the repair this time but will gladly come back the next time I need something fixed.
