Very pleasant lobby. You can relax in a comfortable armchair with live music. Food for 10. The breakfast is just great, the buffet full of different delicacies! The staff is very tactful, not intrusive and very helpful. Perfect location and at the same time not too far from the mountain routes. Clean and tidy. Very nice property.

They pay attention to the comfort of the Guest. The service is not intrusive. Clean rooms, perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately, the water in the jacuzzi has an unpleasant, putrid smell. You can take care of balanced meals here. They focus on healthy and delicious cuisine. Great location in Szklarska Poręba. Close to everything. To the center 10-15 minutes walk

The staff deserves praise. The bathrooms are in perfect condition. Beautiful place, maintained to the highest standard. Very tasty breakfasts - delicious cheeses and vegetables - worth buying for your stay. A great option with bike rental in the season - this is a great way to have an active holiday. Hotel with good access and parking.

I have recently stayed at your hotel in Szklarska Poreba and the stay did not go without hiccups. I have arrived in the afternoon on Friday. Although I placed "do not come and clean the room" sign I did not receive the complimentary drink voucher in the morning. I did not realize it until later in the day. I have booked 2 massages on Saturday afternoon. I have enjoyed the massage performed on me, however my guest had an awful experience with the masseuse scratching her with her overgrown nail. At the end of her massage, she has received complimentary cream samples to try and possibly purchase. I have received a "goodbye". Nevertheless, both of us had endured the vulgar music during the massage. Although the music notes were pleasant the words in the song went on about "f*** car" and "f***this" and "f****that". It was difficult to relax and even more so since our masseuses did not speak polish or English we could not communicate our concerns during the massage". When the evening came, we went to the bar and ordered drinks. It was then I realized we never received vouchers for a complimentary drink. When I went to ask about it in the lobby I was told I could not be helped and can receive one the next morning. This would not help as I was checking out the next day. I would like to talk about my experience in the pool area as well. During our Friday pool stay the pool got closed due to someone defecating in the common water. It is understandable those things cannot be controlled. But there are some things that can. While pool got closed the hot tubs remained open . Jest in the hot tubs. All 3 of them are positioned the way that they spray person sitting across from the underwater bench straight in the face. Essentially making the tub unusable for more than 2people. We attempted to enjoy hot tub the on Saturday night, however the pool personnel called everyone out of the pool and tub area 10min prior closing. It felt awful to be shortchanged a relaxing experience because personnel wanted to leave early home. After leaving pool in order to return the towels I have realized that the clock at the pool area is also pushed 5min forward making the experience even shorter. Next I would like to talk about my room amenities. I showered on Friday night and when taking a shower on Saturday I realized there was no body wash. I have already wetted and leathered my hair. Thus had to wash myself in a shampoo from head to toe. You would think those things get checked during a room turn over. I also wanted to check my weight. My scale only had one battery. Again, went unchecked during a room turn over. However, I was able to find someone's dog kibble left on the floor under the table in the bathroom. I do not own animals. Finally, I would like to talk about the radiator in the bathroom. It is discolored with paint chipping or missing. This lack of attention made me feel like I was staying at a hostel. I've never seen amenities that were left in this state. Lastly, I would like to talk about the bar menu. I am not sure if anyone had attempted to sit and relax while trying to eat the food offered. I have ordered fish tatar. I have asked if it comes with anything I can spread it on and unfortunately, I does not. Since the price was only 26pln ordering a cracker or a slice of bread did not put my funds at overdraft but just to imagine that a raw fish comes alone to be licked off of a spoon is a wild idea. Next are options. Imagine you want to spend an evening at a hotel and relax with a drink or a beer. And with it you can order soup, salad or tatar. You would think you would want to offer small bites that compliment drinks and make people want to sit and enjoy the experience at the bar not in the room.

The service is very professional. I like the fact that the cleanliness is maintained at the highest level. Breakfasts are delicious and nutritious, a very wide selection. The location of the Platinum Mountain hotel - one of the best.

Wonderful people work here. It is quiet and intimate. Parking is in front of the entrance to the facility. Very clean facility. The rooms are very bright. A big plus of the hotel are breakfast and dinner. Delicious and nutritious meals. The location is ideal for a trip towards Śnieżne Kotły.

Breakfasts are very good, with a large selection - that's definitely a plus The offer in the bar in the Adults apartment is bad - we went to a disco. A very small selection of drinks, and you have to walk from the room upstairs to the bar because there is no waiter service. It also happened that the bartender disappeared and a few people waited for a few minutes for the opportunity to place an order, then waiting for drinks to be made. On the other hand, the idea of a disco on Saturday was sensational and a big plus, such an event and place was missing in the hotel. From the additional things, we got a bad room - 355, where practically everyone from several balconies, perpendicular to ours, could look into our room, and with the nearest one we were practically barrier to railing. We have been to Platinum a few times, and this stay turned out rather worse than the previous ones

Very clean. Tasty and healthy. A large amount of vegetables and fruits at breakfast makes meals not too heavy. The pool and saunas are an absolute hit of this place - a large and very extensive relaxation zone. The location is great for walking, we recommend Platinum Mountain for family trips. I am satisfied with the service. The gentleman at the reception is a golden man. ❤️

Perfect cleanliness in every place - you can feel at ease and relax. Huge facility, but there will be something for everyone Polite and considerate service. The hotel is wonderful, I just love it! Mountain vibes :) Food 10/10. The breakfast buffet is simply brilliant.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, in a beautiful place near the center. The service is very nice and helpful, the hotel is modern, clean and cozy. The food is excellent. The only impractical thing is the relatively smaller dining room for such a large hotel. We will definitely be happy to return to the hotel and recommend it everywhere, it's worth it❤️

The location of the hotel is great, the buffet food is poor (6 years ago it was tastier;)), but the Italian restaurant next to the building is delicious, you can see the tooth of time around the facility, old showers in the rooms, burnt carpets. The pool area could be cleaned more often, the floor was dirty and mucus from dirt and water, the sauna area stinks, the saunas themselves are cool - because they keep the temperature and that's the most important thing. On the downside, there were two parties that woke me up at night, although the room was on the 3rd floor. On the downside, there was also a party under the balcony with a bonfire, which was heavily carbonated. It was impossible to breathe! And all the clothes, including the whole room, stink!

I have nothing to complain about - the cleanliness is top notch. Breakfasts prepared with very great care. Everything is delicious. Everyone is very polite and helpful. In the lobby you can relax with live music. Great pools and spa. Very close to hiking trails and ski lifts.

I don't recommend it very much. On the plus side, a welcome gift for the dog. Unfortunately, for a 5* hotel, I would expect something better and a wow effect, and here, unfortunately, it was missing. You can see that the hotel and the rooms need refreshment, for example stains in the bathroom, slats torn in places, a heavily used terrace, in addition, after slightly moving the couch away, strong dust and dirt. In addition, the view from the room from the ground floor is a view of the parking lot, it is still survivable, but the constant noise is annoying, it is difficult to relax. At night, noise from some device such as a pump, from the morning the noises of various vans, garbage collection, very poorly thought out. The gym is very small and exposed from the outside, which in my opinion gives a slight discomfort. I have never seen such uncomfortable and poor pillows. The food is monotonous. The hotel should be 3*. To sum up, for a 5* and such a price, we will not go back, it is better to choose other facilities, where the price-to-offer ratio is definitely better.

Every corner perfectly cleaned - clean and fragrant. Great location of Platinum Mountain. Many attractions around, it's worth going for a walk. Very nice and polite people work here. The food is very good here. Delicious breakfast options, everyone will find something for themselves. Attractions for children (monkey grove, gameroom, swimming pool with paddling pool), animations ok

Perfect cleanliness and very nice rooms! Everything fits together perfectly. The food is delicious. You can feel the quality of the products. The selection is huge and the taste is great. The staff is very tactful, not intrusive and very helpful. Super pools, great saunas, lots of animation for children, live music - what more could you want? I am very happy with my holiday in Platinum Mountain.
