Fast order fulfillment. Great.

Very fast and efficient service. There was no problem. I'm satisfied with both the store's service and the product. The shipment is pretty good. I like it. Fast shipping, the product is complete, carefully packaged.

Suitably. The packaging of my purchased items was very solid and the parcel was delivered without any damages. Very nice service staff, they take good care of the customers. Everything ok, I'll definitely come back here to do more shopping.

Masterful service. They did everything to meet my expectations as best they could. The quality of the packaging is really satisfactory. The package was being delivered shorter than I expected. Most expectations have been met. A company worth recommending.

The product came in a carefully secured package. The service is great, I'll definitely come back to them.

Despite the non-standard dimensions, the order arrived at my place quickly and safely. Delivery in a flash, I really recommend it.

The whole parcel was neatly and well packaged. I was served incredibly well, staff is really lovely.

Placed order on the 17th September and paid for 1st class delivery. The link for tracking item seems to have a problem. I have attempted to contact company twice now with no response. Don't like giving a negative review as was really looking forward to receiving my order.

The product was packaged carefully and accurately. The order was fulfilled within 48 hours. I would like shopping in each store to be at the same level as here. Outstanding service. Everything fine, fast shipping.

The package was neatly packed. The product came in perfect condition. All elements of the package were in the box, I recommend it. Great service that makes you want to come back here. Fast delivery and decent products. What more do you need.

Very durable packaging. I think it would easily stand the return trip.

The service was on point, the helpline reacted very quickly.

The packet arrived empty and you don't replay my emails. Try to call you but it's not possible

Everything perfectly organized, great service. Excellent turnaround time, everything as promised. Well-secured parcel. Good quality products at affordable prices.

Have tried to contact them 3 times - no response. My latest purchase did not arrive and I am still waiting for them to contact me. Very unimpressed indeed !! UPDATE - the telephone number on their website is wrong.....lands at a French company. Highly suspicious company from my point of view and even with mediation (which they asked for, due to my poor review) messages to them remain unread and unopened. I mean, really??? Come on Naturally Green, give me my money back or send me my order or might I be more optimistic and suggest you read your emails and respond professionally.

While I received my order quickly, the email enquiry I sent a week ago still has not been answered

I have no remarks about the look and quality of the shipment. It's worth it to shop here, they deliver instantly. Here the customer is the most important, great. I'm very satisfied, this store has no downsides.

I have sent you 3 e-mails that I have not received the package from you yet.No answer

I have never received my order and can’t get any response from the company regarding a delivery or a refund

Employees are eager to help and contact with them is really quick. Excellent communication and service is excellent. Keep up the good work. The package arrived intact. I sincerely recommend it. The package came in on time. As a regular customer, I can honestly recommend shopping in this store.

First-class client approach. I received my entire order within 48 hours. Solidly and carefully packed parcel. Express shipping and the equipment is really worth being recommended.

The package was safely packed, adequately to its content.

Very efficient service. Well secured parcel, everything is fine. I can really recommend shopping at this store, a brilliant service.

I'm very grateful for such a professional service and an exceptional approach to the customer. The order arrived on time as it was promised. Wow, the package looks fantastic! Everything is great. Other companies may follow suit.

All products meet my expectations, I recommend them. The package arrived at my place in perfect condition, even though they were not the easiest items to transport.
