The food is delicious and there is a huge selection.

A very disappointing experience. I came to a paid sports camp, covering about 1600 km in connection with the trip. I took a vacation, incurred travel costs and resigned from the possibility of performing work during that time. Despite this, I was removed from the facility in the presence of the other camp participants on the basis of allegations that are untrue in relation to me. Mr. Piotr Janicki claimed that during the earlier incident I was sitting in a BMW car and recording everything. This is not true. I arrived at the scene in a red Kia car about 30 minutes after the end of this event, which should be verifiable on the CCTV of the facility. The most shocking thing for me is the way these allegations were handled. Instead of first verifying whether I was there at all, I was removed from the facility. I also had the impression that the management of the facility may be with the person presenting these allegations in a relationship that goes beyond the usual contact with the guest, which in my opinion could have had an impact on the way the whole situation was treated. However, I emphasize that this is my feeling resulting from the course of events, and not my statement of a fact regarding their private relationship. The whole situation took place with other camp participants. It was humiliating for me and put me in a very bad light in front of people who saw me being removed from the facility. In addition, during my stay, I found damage to my scooter, including a cut couch. The case needs to be clarified and I asked for CCTV to be secured, which can help determine the circumstances of the damage. I filed a formal complaint and demanded that the CCTV be secured, which should clearly show the time of my arrival. Here I describe my own experience and circumstances in which I was a participant. I hope that the facility will explain the matter reliably and respond to the allegations I have presented.

An excellent hotel, it is really impressive, especially the location. The service should be highlighted, which is extremely nice and helpful. Clean and comfortable apartments with a separate bedroom and a comfortable, large bed. The hotel has facilities conducive to health and physical activity, including a gym and a green zone! Everyone will find something delicious to eat, because the choice is very large.

Food in the hotel is a real feast for lovers of good food. Our group was very satisfied with the organization of the bonfire, the DJ played very nicely, everyone rates the stay at 6. Great pool area with a nice sauna area and an intimate gym. Cozy rooms, but very comfortable. Plus for a mega comfortable bed and perfect cleanliness. Great location, just 100 m from the beach. The staff is smiling and attentive - great crew! The quality of the food and the huge selection of the buffet are noteworthy. Everyone will find something for themselves.

A lot of well-thought-out attractions and amenities, such as bowling, swimming pool, Spa or game room. All employees are very nice. You can count on them at any time. An ideal location for communing with nature. The forest and the sea under your nose - what more could you want! Pleasant rooms, a lot of space, everything clean. Large rooms and comfortable bathrooms made us feel at home. The location of the hotel is a huge advantage, and Pobierowo captivates with its atmosphere. The kitchen makes delicious food for breakfast and dinner. It's nice that there is a large variety of dishes. The service makes you feel very comfortable in this place. Elegant and tidy. Cultural and very professional service - you can see that it is a well-coordinated team of people. The food here is simply sensational I liked everything and the choice was huge. It is a place created for rest as well as for a more active form of spending time 😉 Cleanliness at a very high level. Swimming pool, saunas and brine graduation tower and a super spa area. Mega convenience!

There is a large and convenient parking lot next to the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about the car. A very large selection for breakfast and dinner. Everything at a very good level

We are visiting your hotel for the sixth time and as always everything was great. Good food, homely atmosphere, nice evenings with music. The only hint is that the coffee machines should work more efficiently and be placed in more accessible places. The staff is very nice and helpful. We made new friends and it is certainly not our last stay at your hotel. Greetings.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit Wellnessbereich, Kinderattraktionen wie Bällebad und Spielezimmer. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Die Buchung von Spa-Behandlungen war problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett. Unser Zimmer war sauber, allerdings wurde tgl. nur der Mülleimer geleert und Handtücher getauscht wenn wir sie auf den Boden gelegt haben, ansonsten wurden keine Betten gemacht und das Zimmer wurde in der kompletten Woche nicht geputzt. Wir hatten HP und waren vom Essen total begeistert. Es gab jeden Tag etwas Neues, eine große Auswahl an geräuchertem Fisch und leckere Salate. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel liegt etwas Abseits des Trubels, was wir sehr angenehm empfanden. Es ist nicht weit zum Strand und von den örtlichen Attraktionen. Es gibt sehr schöne Fahrradwege. Im Zimmer gab es 2 Liegestühle und einen Windfang für den Strand. Es gibt einen gut bewachten Parkplatz.

High level gastronomy, great bar and very good breakfasts. Clean, tidy and pleasant. Perfect location for hiking. The indoor pool, saunas and graduation tower complete this beautiful place. I will come back here again! The staff makes the stay very pleasant. We rested. We felt taken care of. The weather was good. What more could you want? This is not our first stay and certainly not the last. Thank you and best regards.

Wonderful and helpful service. A large selection of dishes and drinks during dinner captivated me. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area in the vicinity of forests, nature and close to the sea. I recommend :). Cleanliness at 5 with a plus both in the rooms and in the common areas. I recommend the SPA to everyone, because the treatments are really great. You can completely relax.

They have a good crew in the kitchen. Tasty meals, served at good times. The location of the hotel guarantees peace and quiet, which allows for real relaxation and rest. Cool, clean and cozy rooms. The apartment is cleaned - a very pleasant place to rest. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. A great option are evenings with live music :) 👍️

The bathroom is large and clean. Nothing was missing in the equipment. Excellent location of the hotel surrounded by trees: spruces and pines. I recommend :) Service at the highest level. Breakfasts were very tasty. I really recommend. I recommend massages and treatments in the Spa! It is the perfect place to regenerate and relax.

The person responsible for logistics literally understands the term "hot meals". During the entire stay, we did not see a hot dish for dinner. Also the broth / served every day / was only slightly warm. However, I see that posting ratings has no effect. Our previous stay in May this year also informed about barely warm dishes in the posted review. Nothing has changed during these months. When it comes to the treatment of guests, I will give an example: staying at the hotel in May when we asked for relatively small bathrobes for children, we received them immediately. During this stay, a similar request was not fulfilled during the entire stay / 4 days, 3 nights /. I think that this proves the attitude of the staff to the guests of the facility. I know that the facility does not have special bathrobes for children, but those in small sizes work perfectly, as we had proof during our stay in May.

Delicious breakfast options, there's something for everyone.

There is nothing to cling to. I rate the cleanliness and finish 10/10. The staff creates a very nice atmosphere. It is very nice to spend time in this place. The breakfast buffet and dinner are impressive. The Laola Garden Restaurant serves delicious food.
