Great hotel in every way, service, rooms, pool, location, meals...... I recommend!!

It is cozy and very comfortable. The cleanliness is satisfactory. Location of the hotel close to the sea. Sitting on the balcony you can feel nature. They have a good staff in the kitchen. Tasty meals, served at good times. The saunas are very cool, large and aromatic. The service provides a great atmosphere and they really care about the guests.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel. Leckeres Essen, guter Service, gut ausgestattetes Gym, schöner, kleiner Poolbereich und tolle Lage nur ein paar Meter vom Strand.

It's great that you can rent a bike or Nordic walking poles and spend your time actively. Regular cleaning, very clean and beautiful everywhere. The décor does a great job. Meat and fish dishes served in the restaurant are fresh, beautifully served and, above all, delicious. Medal service. They create a great and intimate atmosphere in a brilliant place. A beautiful place by the sea. From the outside, it looks very cool and easy to get here.

Ein tolles Hotel mit klasse Hotelzimmer und netten Service in Strandnähe. Das Essen ist gut und die Einrichtung geschmackvoll. Viele Aktivitäten innerhalb des Hotels wie Schwimmen, Fitness, Massage, Kegeln, Billard uvm. Wir sind das zweite Mal hier, passiert noch ein drittes Mal.

The room and all public areas are perfectly cleaned. Treatments in the SPA zone are at a high level, you can really relax and rest. The hotel is fantastic, the location is very good. Diverse food, a lot of proposals that will satisfy even the most demanding palates. Cleanliness at a very high level. Service at the highest level. Very large beach near the hotel. Nice place to walk. The pool is great, the water has a very nice temperature. Saunas are also a big plus.

Delicious drinks, the offer at the bar is very extensive.

We are more likely to find a place to stay. The Personal in Restaurant und Spa is more likely to be served and fleißig. 👍️

It was average. In the off-season, there was a lot of traffic from neighbors from the west. Everything was adapted to them, even the dishes at breakfast and dinner. The Polish staff was confused. One piece of information is on the website, what they say at the reception is different, what they give on the information at check-in, and what is posted in the hotel. Attractions described a bit exaggerated. All extras listed in the offer (DJ, grill) are not available during the week. The games room and the Lego zone are two dirty poufs and two consoles, a table with blocks. No one even offered us an autumn insert for the menu in the restaurant. As part of the Octoberfest they advertise, only Tyskie from a stick and dark bottled beer were available. The TV in the room did not catch the remote control at all. On the other hand, there was no remote control for air conditioning at all. The shower was leaking. Walls made of paper, you could hear everything, from the elevator to the neighbor behind the wall. On the plus side, the size (extra charge) of the room and cleanliness. The foreign-speaking hotel staff is very friendly. Quite a large selection for breakfast and dinner. It was quite tasty. On the plus side, the à la carte food in the restaurant. The bar in the basement with a bowling alley and billiards is also cool. Tasty pizza and burgers, fortunately they don't serve only Tyski. Location approx., 10 minutes free walk to the main descent to the beach.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed. The hotel was located in a very nice place, but only that was cool, besides, the rooms were uninteresting, uncomfortable beds, a terrible, collapsing mattress. There were no public stairs to the upper floors, only the elevator had to be used by a tin coffin. Terrible for people with claustrophobia. Eating yuck, my stomach hurt the whole stay, there was nothing good there. And worst of all, it was the security guards in the parking lot. Insolent and rude. The first time I encountered them wanting money to charge an electric bike. So I don't recommend it.

The staff deserves a lot of praise. It was really clean. A beautiful place by the sea. From the outside it looks very cool and easy to get here. Swimming pool, saunas and brine graduation tower and a super spa area. A mega convenience! A very wide selection of dishes for dinner made sure that everyone found something for themselves. Waiters at the Super Restaurant, We want to thank the waiters from Thailand and Indonesia and the waitress from Thailand. Great people, very friendly. Thank you all for a nice time. And see you A place really well thought out. Both adults and children will find plenty of attractions for themselves.

Super hotel close to the sea in a quiet part of Pobierowo. Very nice service. Everyone very smiling and friendly. Very well prepared meals. A large variety of dishes makes the food not boring. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms.

Nice to see smiling and satisfied staff. Nice zone with saunas and a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything is kept in impeccable order. Very pleasant and fragrant.

The place is very clean, which allows you to fully relax. I have very fond memories of my stay in this place. The service is excellent. Grand Laola is an ideal hotel for a holiday stay in Pobierowo. Delicious and good quality food. I recommend everyone to buy a stay with board.
