Breakfast is impressive.

Great massages, I used it a few times, the most memorable was the hot stone massage. Super relaxing, but the masseuse was attentive and explained everything. The pool area, renovated, clean, great relaxation and rest, especially when there are no crowds. I love this intimate place.

I recommend, it was our September city break, the first impression of the hotel was cool, with a positive atmosphere, which was confirmed :), clean, nice service, great location and food bomb from breakfast to dinner and orders from the menu, a revelation worth experiencing, enjoy seeing.

We consider the stay to be very successful, although the hotel has its ups and downs. The biggest plus is the service – extremely nice, helpful and committed. Upon arrival, it turned out that we received a room with two single beds instead of a double room, but the lady at the reception immediately and without any problems solved this situation. We were also very pleasantly surprised by the approach to animals – our kitten received a welcome gift in the form of a few toys and sachets with food, and we received a nice gift in the form of a bottle of sparkling wine with dinner. The facility itself is already old, but you can definitely feel the atmosphere of a castle in it. The room was cozy, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The downside is the poor soundproofing of the walls, so you can clearly hear the sounds from the neighboring rooms. As for the little things – there were only a few tissues in the room, and in a hotel with a 4-star standard, just a plain, full box would have worked much better. Breakfasts are very rich and with a large selection, so everyone will surely find something for themselves, although individually speaking, simply not everything was to my taste. Dinners offer several options to choose from, but without much variety. On the first evening, due to the smaller number of guests, an à la carte dinner was served with a limit of up to PLN 130 per person – with the prices in the hotel restaurant, this amount was barely enough for two courses. The pool area looks good, especially thanks to the long track where you can actually swim, and not just get wet. There is also a massage nozzle and two jacuzzi-type spaces, although the water in them was far too cold in my opinion. Unfortunately, my wife and I were not able to use the SPA itself due to the lack of free dates, which was quite a surprise after the season, but apparently the quality must be good, since it is so popular. You can also use free billiards and additionally paid bowling on site. The location is great – close to the lake, beach and promenade, so it's a great starting point for walks. It's a very friendly place with exceptional staff and climate, although taking into account the price level, a few details are still worth working out.

I definitely do NOT recommend it. The restaurant advertises itself as a 4-star restaurant, but the level of service and approach to the customer are on par with the worst milk bar. We ordered two broth from the farm hen and two zander fillets. The broth was correct, but my zander "fillet" had so many bones that it is difficult to call it a fillet. In any normal restaurant, fillet means fish cleaned of bones, here they tried to convince me that "this is how it should be". The worst, however, came with the bill. Instead of broth from the farm hen for 18 zlotys, we were counted on Old Polish broth for 30 zlotys. When I reported an error, the waitress refused to correct it, claiming that "I have already paid" and that she did not know what I ordered because "the colleague who took the order went home". She even refused to make a phone call to confirm it. I also heard an absurd explanation that "I ate broth, so what's the point", that broth is broth. In the end, the waitress said that I should be glad that she served us outside at all, because they don't do it today — even though there was another family sitting next to me, which was normally served. Cheating on the bill, lack of culture, lack of responsibility and knowledge of the kitchen, attempts to persuade the customer of things that are not true. 4 stars only in the name — in practice, the level of the cheapest bar. Avoid with a wide bow.

Very polite lady at the Reception. Despite the late arrival time, just before the closing of the kitchen in the hotel restaurant, we were served in due order, without haste... Perfect. The room in the castle wing is beautiful. Overall impression: very good.

A very pet-friendly place! We arrived with a young cat. As a welcome, we received a beautifully packaged layette from the manager, filled to the brim with food and toys. This welcome alone exceeded our highest expectations. The hotel staff surprised us with their generosity and kindness. All hotel employees showed great understanding of the needs of people traveling with an animal. Excellent restaurant, very friendly service. Delicious breakfasts, dishes on the restaurant's menu at the highest level. It is worth visiting this place if only because of its culinary values.
