The food is simply fantastic - everything is delicious and original. Everyone will find something for themselves. The service is fully professional. They take care of the guests, but do not impose themselves. The room was very clean, as well as all the common areas. Cozy and comfortable. Hotel Juvena is an ideal place to relax. Thanks to the location, there is peace and quiet. The rooms are quite large, they have everything you need. ❤️❤️❤️

The hotel is located close to the beach, which provides convenient access to the sea and beautiful views. The staff is very professional and takes care of the quiet, intimate atmosphere of this place. Nicely decorated rooms and perfectly clean rooms. I sincerely recommend. For 5 days of our stay, the elevators were closed for several hours a day (I mean, one elevator because the other was closed all the time. I came to a luxury hotel for a lot of money and the lack of an elevator was a big problem, I felt like in a prison in the room. For the first time I encountered the need to pay for coffee, beer, while - you can't take "to the room" and pay when leaving. One more weirdo, why is butter only for breakfast, and dry bread or with margarine for dinner.

Everywhere is very clean. I am very satisfied. The salt cave is a very pleasant, intimate place to relax.

Der Fahrstuhl war leider häufig defect, deshalb ein Stern abzug!

Clean rooms, perfectly prepared for guests! Very nice saunas, dry and steam and salt cave. I recommend! Great breakfasts, a very large selection of food. Excellent location of the hotel in the close vicinity of the beach in Międzywodzie, on a picturesque cliff. The staff takes care of everything at the highest level - full professionalism.

Positive: - very nice new 4* hotel - Wonderful location directly on the beach - Exquisite ambience, luxurious reception area - Spa area in a class of its own - Bar, café, restaurant cozy and well-kept - Food offer excellent !! and delicate - Service, service, cleanliness very good - Everyone is very polite, so you feel comfortable right away - Rooms with balcony cozy and functional - Parking spaces at the house or underground car park - Quiet and relaxed atmosphere, as guests are only 12 years old and older Negative: - this year only one elevator was in operation, the second was defective - during our stay, the second elevator was out of service on two evenings, so that only the distant stairs are used

Everything was just right here, except for the 2nd elevator, which was broken all week. Very friendly staff, good communication just great. Keep it up!!

At the reception, some employees did not speak a word of German. In my room I have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom as well as facial tissues and cosmetic items such as cotton pads. I bought them on the first day. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast and dinner buffet great. Also that there was free tea, juices and water for dinner as well. The service staff in the restaurant were very friendly, unfortunately only the nice young man spoke a few words of German. The fact that there was a free water dispenser on each floor of the corridor was great with the matching glass carafe in the room. Kettle, cups, glasses and refrigerator in the room great.

Wir hatten ein günstiges Zimmer gebucht. Leider war die Klimaanlage nachts teilweise etwas zu laut und gegen Ende der Reise hatten wir Silberfische in der Nacht im Bad. Die Lage zum Strand ist gut.

Service great! Nice, friendly staff. Always open to questions. Too bad you can't use the swimming pool before breakfast. The sauna could be open longer than 8 pm. There is a lack of a make-up mirror in the bathroom. Buffet is great and very varied 👍️

Abiente and cleanliness were very good, very good service at the meals with absolute highlight on Friday with background music. 4 stars are fully justified. 👍️

Ein richtig tolles Hotel. Wir waren zum vierten Mal dort und fühlten uns wie immer sehr wohl. Dieses Mal waren wir in ei einen riesigen Appartement und es war mega. Zudem tolles Frühstück (Buffet) und alles immer super sauber.

Very tasty meals, a wide selection and excellent quality. Really a hotel worth recommending, I think I will😀 come back to it again

A place made for rest. They have all the best in their home. Tasty cold cuts and cheeses in the buffet. The quality of food is very high. Nice and smiling service. It is pleasant and intimate here. The bathroom is quite large. Nothing was missing in the equipment. The sandy beaches along the hotel captivated me the most. I am delighted with the location of the facility.
