We 70 and 62 years old traveled to the hotel for 14 days in September. Check-in was ok and the rooms could be occupied earlier. Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was out of service from the first to the last day, which led to considerable waiting times. The intact elevator also had some dropouts, which made things worse. At some point, the guests were allowed to use the staff elevator, which was installed at the end of the building. Fortunately, we are relatively fit and then took the stairs, despite having a room on the 4th floor. Breakfast was very extensive. The dinner was not comparable to equivalent hotels in Germany, Spain or Turkey. Maybe you have to make compromises in Poland? The indoor pool was great and the sauna still has room for improvement. What we didn't like was that about half of the sauna visitors took a sauna in swimwear, which led to irretation on both sides.
The biggest minus point of our stay was the following: After visiting the swimming pool, my wife used the intact elevator alone. In the middle of the ride, it stops. After pressing the emergency signal, there was no answer from the reception, so she was able to contact the service company via another emergency switch. After about 20 minutes, the trip was continued. After a complaint at the reception, she contacted the manager of the hotel and described the incident to him. A week later we left and until today, two weeks later, there has been no feedback or even an apology on the part of the management.
