Prompt service and very polite technicians. I will call them again if I need service.

The team at Tropic Air are our go to referral if we are contacted by a customer with an issue that falls out of our scope of work and into theirs! We have heard nothing but positive reviews from customers we have referred in the past and will continue to do so in the future!

Loren did a great job with my unit.

Very professional, responsive and great team...

I highly recommend this company for any HVAC work. My furnace stopped working on a cold day and the response and suggestions for repair vs replacement were very honest and professional. Excellent job at a fair price with great attention to details. Will definitely use again. Raj Naidu

I called Tropic Air and they were able to come out the same day to finish the job. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tropic Air to anyone in need of air conditioning and HVAC services.

Superb level of expertise! Tropic air’s technician did an exceptional job dealing with my furnace Repairs. They are truly HVAC experts and it took them only an hour to troubleshoot and fix the problem with my old Furnace. The quality of the repair amazed me. Tropic Air will definitely be my first pick the next time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I am so thankful that the technician was able to provide me with an excellent HVAC furnace repair service that did not cost me an arm and leg. It recommends hiring a Tropic Air HVAC Technician, and I'm sure that I will continuously take their services again.

This company fitted a new furnace for me earlier in September. I just now noticed a loud clicking noise coming from the furnace room. I thought for sure it was an issue with the furnace and I called tropic air to inform. They assured me that I don’t need to worry, the product is still under warranty and they will fix whatever issue is happening. They sent a technician to my house the same day and It turned out the issue wasn’t with the furnace but with the old humidifier. They provided me with options to repair my older humidifier or to get a new one. Thank you, Tropic Air Heating and Air Conditioning. Your excellent customer service and responsiveness goes a long way.

This is my second major HVAC project with Tropic Air. They were quick to schedule, prompt to show up and very professional, asking questions at every critical point in the installation and did a quality job on the installation of my ductless AC! I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of when it comes to repairs/improvements to my home and I never feel that way with Tropic Air Staff. They are my go-to for everything HVAC!

Our furnace unexpectedly broke, we called Tropic Air who had helped us on a few other occasions (fixed our A/C, installed a new humidifier. Tropic Air is a true professional and HVAC expert, very responsive, courteous, and competitive price. From the get-go we never felt like taking multiple quotes as we trusted tropic air. They went the extra mile to get it installed on the same day and we literally never spend a day without heating because of tropic air exceptional customer service. Our new Carrier Furnace is amazing. Highly recommend Tropic Air

This company has helped me out numerous times and is absolutely incredible to work with! I'll never forget what they've done for me, and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future! I also know that right now, during this winter season, they're working as hard as they can to help people that don't have heat, and I commend them for that greatly <3

It took the technician about 20 minutes to figure out my gas valve was off and he turned it back on. The office sent me a $ 300.00 bill. I ihink it is a rip off.

Tropic Air is definitely a company I would recommend; Not only are they quick responsive. Adam the receptionist is so helpful, warm and welcoming, I felt as though I was talking to a friend that I'd known for years. Adam at Tropic Air even if you guys can't fix my problem you have restored my faith in customer service, which does not happen often or easily!!!

Awesome, same day service. Called many companies before I found Tropic Air and they all sounded annoyed to even take my call. Friendly on the phone and sent someone right away on one of the hottest days of the year. Service technician was knowledgable and fixed the problem with our Commercial AC in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Good technician,prompt service.Knowledgeable.
