All nice like always!!

A wonderful place to spend a weekend with family and children. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing family getaway!

Excellent place! Interesting design, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, clean room, exceptional breakfast! Nice spa. If I will go to Bialystok again, this is a place where I stay!👍️🔥

Really good hotel.

The room wasn't prepared as we've ordered and requested. Construction sounds on 6 am was the worst! Is it even allowed in EU to start noisy work this early in the middle of town center? Other then that it was ok. No bath robes in hotel that has water park is strange too.

We stayed at the hotel with our 1-year-old child and requested a baby cot in advance. Unfortunately, instead of a proper baby cot, we were provided with a playpen. The mattress was too short for the playpen. During the night, whenever our child woke up, it was extremely inconvenient to lift him in and out of the playpen. As a result, we had no choice but to let him sleep in our bed. This created significant discomfort for both me as a mother and for the child, and negatively affected the quality of our stay. We hope that in the future the hotel will provide proper baby cots with appropriately sized mattresses for families traveling with young children.

Hotel, restaurant, bar were excellent, but spa/water zone needs deep renovation.

Everything good, programme could be better (childs room), music in the club, atmosphere looked bit oldschool, but in gereral it was a good stay, thank you!

I loved the breakfast, gym, the swimming pools , saunas, jacuzzis, the bedroom.... everything was perfect!!!!

The carpets in the hotel room could use replacing. The overall design feels a bit outdated. The restaurant’s food used to be tastier (before the pandemic).

Everything was how it should be! 👍️

Nice hotel and very good service from the team

The price of the hotel room for a family (2 adults & 2 children) was good and the swimming pool inside the hotel is fantastic! Generally, the staff was friendly and the whole atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant. Things to improve are: - Reservation (especially the pre-payment) was complicated and time-consuming - The room was a bit too small for four people - Offerings were children were only until August 31st (and not during our stay early September), which was not obvious for us when we booked the room; in fact we thought that our children can use those children offerings
