festfloor.com - client reviews

The team at Festfloor were extremely helpful in resolving an issue with my delivery. I haven't used the bathroom kits I received just yet but I'm hopeful it will do what's required, if it's as good as the customer service.

The package was clean and properly secured. I'm very happy with the quality of the service, the website is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend it.

We’ve purchased microcement from Festfloor a few times now, and we’ve been very happy with both the product and the service every time. The quality of the microcement is excellent, it’s easy to work with, and the finished result looks fantastic. We’ve also found the team at Festfloor to be very helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we’ve had any questions or needed advice. It’s great to deal with a company that consistently provides a high-quality product along with great customer service. We’ll definitely continue using Festfloor for future projects and would happily recommend them to others.

The fulfillment time is almost immediate. Lovely box, I like it very much. One-of-a-kind service staff. Extraordinary. Honest company that fulfills all the orders very quickly.

Everything arrived on time.

Speedy delivery - well packaged. Excellent service. Both the products and the service are recommendable.

Goods exactly as described, fast delivery, well-protected. Highly recommended.

When you order, the delivery doest say how many days it need to arrive. If I knew it that it will take so long, I would not order it. One of the boxes was opened and half of the microcement was wasted. There was no instructions how to use it.

Professional service that makes you want to come back to them. I have never got unnecessary excuses from them. Professional approach to the client. I'm very pleased with my package's protection. It looks nice. I'm pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and reliability of the service.

Delivery time exactly as it was announced. Most of the time the delivery is unexpectedly fast, at other occasions it's just fast. Well secured, undamaged package. The staff is always there to help, and everything goes very smoothly. I shop with them regularly and they have never let me down. There are no catches in the offer and no references to non-standard regulations. I feel always confident to come back for shopping from Festfloor.
